Angry Birds Space Pig Bang Level 1-28 Walkthrough

Ok, so it’s been some time since this post from @austinrhl, but I think I had something similar happen and may be able to provide more insight for anyone else who has come back to this level to increase their score. On the iPad I was zoomed all the way out and aimed nearly straight up with full power. The targeting dots from the bird end up aligning with two stars, the one on the left slightly smaller then the one on the right. The stars are positioned at about 11 O’clock and about the same distance from the outer ring as the diameter of that outer ring. The two stars are fairly close together. Perhaps as far apart as these two dots: . . The one on the right is a couple pixels lower than the one on the left. When aligned right it should appear as if the flying bird will pass over both stars. OK. That’s probably overkill. I have been triggering the bird’s separation just before, or just as, it reaches the first of those two stars. The wobble/rotation of the rings provides the randomness of the outcome. I have achieved several 42-45K scores with this method. The 49880 score occurred when the first bird broke through immediately at the ice block just shy of 12 o’clock. The middle bird broke through the group of three ice blocks. The final bird orbited a couple times then made a soft-landing and rolled around the remainder of the outer ring for a while. I thought all was done when the final bird broke through an ice block at around 7 o’clock and that portion of the outer ring crushed the inner ring for a huge bump in points. I know it’s been months, but maybe this will help somebody.
