Angry Birds Seasons Winter Wonderham level 1-19 was first available on Wednesday, December 19th, 2012. One strategy is to send the Yellow bird straight ahead through the first structure, causing the main tower to become unstable and topple. There seems to be the possibility that it will break the ice bridge, thereby detonating the TNT below. If this does not happen, use a Boomerang bird to make it so. Be sure to break all the presents in the cave below, as there is 18,000 points to be had there! The score in the video below is 121,270.
Bonus! Our Winter Wonderham level 1-19 Mighty Eagle walkthrough is live as well!
If you have a different strategy feel free to leave a comment below; however, don't just post your score via the comments, as that's what the leaderboards are for.

133650 – 1 bird
i got this shot twice, basically the same way the video starts but it took out both towers and cracked the ice to detonate the TNT, all presents remained untouched before i could get another bird off and totaled just over 103,000. the 2nd time, the TNT somehow also took out the presents and before three bird bonus, i saw the total was already over 103,000. lucky shot, lucky fall (that first tower took a long time to fall both times, …don’t x-out too early) … good luck.
I’ve got 47600 already scored and still have four birdies left. Watch the center tower if you see the little wood block fall then you know that sooner or later the right side will go unstable.
No birder… Top of tower fell to left, boulder rolled to right hitting remainder of tower which fell right taking out right hand side, breaking glass/ice plank which dropped stone on TNT.
Nice to watch but a lousy score – only two stars. If it happens again I will just have to put YB into presents as they regularly produce 19K
Thanks everyone, I could have been at this all day and I have holiday baking to be done. marksusyd’s strat is a winner.
120,630 one birder -didn’t get a chance at the presents!
Incredible unpredictable level. Using the same strat several times give large spread of results.
@all — There seem to be many modes of self-destruction on this level. Please post any info you have in forum on self-destruction:
http://www.angrybirdsnest.com/forum/discussion/873/please-add-to-list-of-self-destroying-and-unstable-levels/p1
Would like to know: mode, pts, how frequent, how long to start and how; how long to collapse.
My first post seems to have disappeared due to site issues, so apologies if this is duplicate.
There are now several comments on p 10 of self-destroying levels forum. I was finally able to get last one to convert to an above average score (at least for now). Got >45 pts once in 30+ restarts, and just noticed that my comments on that didn’t post. Grr.
I’ve had both the left and the middle tower collapse totally but never both at the same time (it’s either one or the other), but most of the time just partially. Highest score (before bird) was around 53K. Of course I then messed up the next shot and didn’t get all that great of a final score…lol.
right tower collapse, with a little of the right tower falling, yielding a score of 55k+. Used 1st yellow bird to take out presents, then green bird into tower.
An alternate 1-birder strat is to launch Yellow directly at the small square wood on top of left-most structure. Breaking said block would cause Yellow’s penetrating ability to decrease but it’ll still pretty much continue flying in straight line to hit the bigger bell hanging down from middle structure’s roof. With a bit of luck (as usual), this will be enough to finish the level. Oh, and those with insatiable hunger for gifts (which would be all of us, LOL) can then fling Green straight at them… :D
Why are the Rovio Gods angry with me?
I do nothing but sing praises of your Great and Mighty games.
And all I get for it is this crappy score.
No matter which strat I employ.
Be patience, my dear friend. Your time will come… ;)
Dear @birdjo
Patience…You say, I’m the Lord of Patience, I’ve been known to spend over six hours on just one level to take it above average.
There are times when Patience and Perseverance aren’t enough to cope with Loki (Norse God of Mischief), when he gets under your skin, it’s incredibly difficult to shake him off, unless Odin (Omnipotent Norse God) is listening to your pleas of Mercy.
I nevertheless thank you for your display of sympathy and compassion, it’s reassuring to know that fellow players are there to boost our Morale in times of need.
@werewolf69 perhaps Mjolnir would help:)! I have had this level wiggle, wobble but never fall on its own. I am about to call it a night, I hope I don’t have nightmares about this level.
Dear @Wanda
I see from your score that you’ve been suffering from the same woes as I. I’ve been playing this level for “I lost count of the hours already” maybe 7 hours, and it just won’t budge from this crappy score, and on the other hand, I see that others have been having the time of their lives with this level, scores in the 120′s and 130′s.
I’ll probably call it a night too…Ha Ha, who am I kidding, I’m so addicted to this sweet innocent game that I’ll probably still be flingin’ 7 hours from now.
You should go rest, maybe tomorrow’s level will be a little easier on us.
@werewolf69 I am about to open today’s level; I certainly hope I do better than yesterday. Good luck to you :).
@wanda , @werewolf69 — Is Mjolnir a Norse or something god, or an ABN member?
I sort-of believe that the self-destruction is device dependent (and not sure anyone using Android has seen it, although I’m pretty sure PC users have seen it), although maybe it just depends on the time of day you start the level, or something. At any rate, if you don’t see any self destruction after 20 restarts, even after waiting until wobbling stops for say at least 10 sec, I would close the level, open another level, and then reopen this level.
I didn’t see any self-destruction when I initially played level, but when I started looking for it, something happened 1/5 or 1/10 times; something really useful more like 1/50. See comments in forum on self-destruction, last page.
Good luck. I didn’t get above average until I got 45+K of self destruction.
A PC user in me can confirm the self-destructing behavior of middle structure (which happens quite often), @mvnla2… ;) Regarding this matter, i’d say it’s not a good collapse if it wasn’t at least breaking the glass plank holding the small stone boulder in the way to the TNT. And that would be a rare one (leaving only left-most structure and the gifts below) at least for my playing sessions so far. That said, we’ll still be needing 2 birds to completely complete (pardon) the level. A 0-birder (which will require us to only use Yellow for the gifts) would take an even bigger amount of patience (and luck). Luck factor (and self-collapsing behavior) aside, i still consider this level as a “2-windowed”, 3-birder level… :)
@BirdJo — Detailed comments on partial self-destruction are in forum on self-destroying levels, last page. Sounds like you’ve seen more self-destruction of the middle structure than I did. Please make and detailed additions, differences for PC there. I haven’t added most recent self-destroying levels to 1st page yet.
@mvnla2 sorry, I should have used parentheses (like @werewolf69). Mjolnir is Thor’s hammer. I just watched the movie the other day, so werewolf’s comments struck a chord with me.
Thor, oh Son of Odin, lend us your hammer to break Loki’s curse upon @werewolf69 and @wanda… :D Seriously guys, have you tried my method above?
@birdjo
Why does your score not appear above your comments, like everyone else’s? You can enter all your scores on the Leaderboard regardless of whether they’re 1, 2 or 3 stars.
Ummm, think i’ll wait until the episode has completed, @werewolf69… :)
@birdjo, where’s the fun in that?
By entering your scores as you achieve them;
1) You know your rank standing as you enter each score.
2) in the case of low scores, you help keep the averages down, thereby helping everyone else.
3) There’s nothing to be ashamed of, no one at the nest will criticize or make fun of low scores.
4) In the case of high scores, others will congratulate you for your achievement.
To @werewolf69……. Hey Wolfie, Maybe the Rovio Gods sent out an update and strengthened that right side structure without telling us. (probably an anti PC conspiracy lol)I got a good enough score yesterday, but today nothing works. I tried to improve my score half the afternoon and couldn’t break 105,000. That second structure just won’t fall (much less fall and break the glass to set off the TNT) I have tried everything. By the way, did anybody mention that it might make sense to shoot the first bird at the presents? Sometimes you can even get the pig down there if you keep the shot low.
@stocktoad, Yo froggie, yeah, I think that Rovio’s messing with our heads alright. BTW congrats on the great score, I couldn’t get above my score from yesterday so I just left it for another day. Today’s episode may have well had a low 3 star threshold, but getting much higher than my 107k, also turned out to be a nightmare, and yes, shooting at the gifts first in yesterday’s level was done by everybody and their cousins. Arrrroooooooooo!
I used the yellow bird to blow up all of the presents and pig on the ground. Then I used the boomerang bird – flew him over the tall tower on the far right and crashed him into the bottom of the tower. It fell to the left and into the other tower. It also fell to the left. Total destruction. 100,000 plus and three stars.
Just found a fairly straight forward method to shooting yellow down through the presents and picking up the lower pig in the process.
Aim almost straight down, goal is to ricochet off the angled ice ramp that is supporting the slingshot. Getting ~26k regularly on the first shot, now to wait for the upper structures to decide to fall on their own.
Thanks! Finally 3 stars with this method!
I have as of yet not had a single self collapse. Not my luck on this level it seems
@swellD – don’t knock it my friend, (plz excuse the bad ‘tower collapse’ pun, lol), you still got a pigging good score! :)
Y’all have probably noticed the multiple ways that this level can partially self-destruct. I finally benefitted from a fortunate chain reaction. The middle tower fell on its own to the right taking out the far right tower, breaking the glass above the chasm, and allowing the uspended stone to fall into the TNT. The exploding TNT detonated 5 of the 6 presents. I was able to fire the YB through the upports of the first tower to kill the remaining two pigs — 3 birds left for 140k! That is one early Christmas present!
Considering how frequently debris from one shot can hamper the next shot, I’ll take my good luck.
After waiting for some self destruct, the whole right side collapsed and even the TNT was set of. Send the first bird into the presents below and the boomerang bird to the top left structure. I got 122660.
Here is my video.
Funny level this! Had struggled for a couple of days trying to get over the average & was about to move on when I restarted the level after a comfort break – the middle tower collapsed on it’s own taking out the right tower & I managed to clean up!! Patience rewards
So far I have only 118k,
Target–> Above Average :)
124800
1 bird second tower upper stone
2 bird back into the first tower
3 bird fast into the presents
2nd bird into the large boulder got me over the 120k mark
125370 using this strategy. Be quick on 3rd bird!!!
pretty much this. after a day of sporadic random flinging failing to yield a better score, I tried this way and managed to break average :D thanks! sure there’s more points to be had though…
