Golden Egg #27 can be found in Angry Birds Birdday Party level 18-6. To snag the Golden Egg first zoom out. Look towards the top right hand side of the screen and you’ll see the Golden Egg sitting up on a ledge. The Blue Birds are useless, so waste ‘em, now arch and hit the Golden Egg with your Yellow Speedster.

If you keep the bomb birds low, you can do it with just two birds. Shoot them almost horizontally.

Agreed. First bird is low, through the thin, vertical wood piece, trigger the explosion when the bird hits the far side. That should enable you to get the second bird into the wooden “cart” area. Your goal on the second bird is to blow up as much debris as possible while sending a piece over to break the string on the cake catapult.
Your final score is very dependent on how many cakes break instead of bounce.
1. Bomb Bird low to go through the small vertical wood plank and come to rest on the second from the left vertical wood block. Activate naturally. The goal is to get BB as close to the right wood plank next to the two vertical stone supports, touching it and if one figures how to break it, outstanding. Need to make a path way into the wood structure under the stone structure and eliminate all the pigs on the left side of the stone structure. Scores in the 51-56k range.
2. Bomb Bird into the debris under the brown stone structure, then let the AB magic begin. On a number of occasions I have placed BB right next to the big pig on its left side, it blew but did not activate the string-post on the right side of the pig. Go figure…
3. Yellow Bird = bonus bird; I have launched YB on a few occasions and picked up 11k. This depends on what debris and cakes remain that it can reach.
I think a one bird solution is possible because with a well placed first BB on the second wood vertical block, it moves everything to the right and eventually the vertical wood plank immediately to the left of the big mustached pig hits the pig and the pig rolled and hit the string-like post that starts the level’s destruction. I have come close but no “cigar” yet.

2nd BB- long & low thru to the underside of black “pillar”

Has anyone noticed that when you obtain a golden egg the background still moves? Before the update the background stopped until the golden egg went of the screen.

Rovio does not typically release information about future updates. And I doubt there will be a Golden Egg for 3-starring Burdday Party
How did someone get 180k on this golden egg? I can’t even get up past my high score of 72k. Help! Thanks

You mean 172k? I got luck and got a bunch of destruction both on the big tower and by the catapult. Good luck!
If you are only getting 72k, you are doing something very wrong.
It is obviously possible when you calculate the number of cake and pig points, not to mention the number of blocks in this level.
I haven’t been able to do it yet, but I think that you need a one-bird solution to get the scores around 180k. You send the first bird through the thin wooden upright as everyone has said, and sometimes when it explodes right up against the far side it launches the thin, vertical stone piece on the right side of that column to the right. On a very lucky day, that will go through or over both the cart containing the little pig and the big pig, and cut the rope. I’ve had it come very close, but no cigar! I know that the number of cakes that are destroyed is important, but I don’t think you can get that high a score without the extra 20k points for having two birds left. Can anyone with the highest scores either confirm this or tell us how they got his or her score?
I maxed out with 2 birds @ 174010 and that involved tremendous amounts of luck.
I tried (and failed) to find a 1-bird solution, but I see how 180K is theoretically possible with 2 birds. It requires near total destruction of all cakes and blocks. I believe that 1 bird just wouldn’t have the block destructiveness needed, as even propelling a block to the right to cut the catapult string wouldn’t cause the destruction of the blocks scattered along the bottom that a 2nd black bird explodes.
I could, of course, be wrong about this.

I cannot seem to pass this level. And, now I’m a hardened.
This level should be easily passable. Use the 2 black birds to bust the left tower. When the hole to the rope holding the cakes is cleared, break the rope and the level should be passed.
Doing the happy dance-just got the 27th egg!
I have a weird glitch in this level where the yellow bird disappears off the sling. Glad it counted as bonus though!
