If there is an opening I would like it.  I was part of ABNest2 for a while, but do not appear to have a clan as of today.

@gjs96743 LOL at gifts to your mother-in-law – mine just started using text messages on a flip phone in the last 2 years.

*smacks his forehead* Absolutely right about the gifts.  You can’t give them to yourself – mine as well be giving them to clan members.

I’m part of the ABN2 clan – I was Dash Boom – just changed to quel to match here.

@Mzimoxs You aren’t the only one.  Between trying to understand how some people have endless piles of gems and that the clan schedules seem to be inconsistent, I am left doing my best to get my 1 free round in a day.  Of course if it’s a 3 day match, then 3*50 won’t get us to 550.  Heck this current go, even after it went from 3 days left to 2 days left – I still don’t have a free round.

Also, it is up to the clan leader how things are run.  Though, laying out ground rules would be nice.  It seems that the current policy is that unless you consistently earn 2+ that you are eligible to get cut.  I think when I started, it was that you play all your free turns each match.  I am happy to do my part and meet whatever expectations there are.

I have joined AB2 FORUM CLAN #28598 as per the previous note.  I had tried just joining a clan that wasn’t full for a few days and found that even getting members to play the once per 12 or 24 hour events was hard.  Obviously, should have stuck with some more dedicated players such as those in this thread.

I can’t compete with @serkann on stats in AB2 right now even at 375 flock power.  I am looking forward to working together with other ABN members that join us!

@triph0p Maybe we need a #3?  My current stats and name below.

This happened to me at one point with Angry birds Classic. I was already signed in to my Rovio account (which saves my progress), but the FB login nuked everything. If you had a Rovio account already, they might be able to do something for you.

In my case I always do full backups of all the games *esp* before upgrades. It was trivial for me to just restore the saved data from a day or two before.

*Unless* you had a Rovio account that was signed in before the wipe, I doubt they can do anything. If you didn’t have full backups of your application data/device, then I doubt you can do anything.

This also hit me on Angry Birds Seasons, which never had Rovio accounts or online savings, so I was even more fortunate to have backups.

It ended on time – 00:00 UTC. During DST this is 8:00 PM eastern, 07:00 PM central, etc. DST ended – UTC doesn’t care about DST. Thus during standard time it ends at 7:00 PM eastern, 6:00 PM central, etc.

For anyone not familiar with running servers – think of what happens if a server jumps 1 hour or repeats 1 hour. Scheduled jobs in that period would fail to run or run twice at best. This is a very simplified view of bad things that happen when time skips like that – not counting cryptographic issues – but I think is a decent high level summary. I’m perfectly happy to elaborate in -vvv details for anyone that would like.

As have I. I guess the admins just don’t care.

Ok, obviously fake is demonstrated by the #1 ranked player: Emperor Micheas with only 40 points in the nest total.

    Total score: 1,236,997,448,150,878
    scores entered: 45
From Cobalt Plateaus: Feathery Hill: 1,236,997,118,475,061

The player’s completely bogus score comes from the scores on:
    level 3: 12,398,746,123
    level 4: 1,236,984,712,690,000
    level 5: 18,446,744,073,709,551,616

It’s also weirder than that as it lists 3 scores entered for that area, and yet the details in fact show 5.

That’s just it, obviously fake is a continually moving goal post. There are some really weird large negative values in places – which are either obviously fake or some sort of programming overflow issue. As your birds level then the scores possible can sometimes be say 10x for one player than another.

I don’t see energy used to play the Jenga mode, but I never get a single coin.

I finished 4th a few times in the 60CC race with the 58CC kart and am otherwise stuck as well no matter how many gems I spend for toolbox parts.

edit: got a free leaf blower power up and finished 3rd, but as the others mentioned, I can’t land a 2 star score.

edit 2: Managed to 2 star the race, but repeat the dilemma for the fruit splat level right after it.

All mine also now say 78%. Either it is a bug or maybe they are planning to add more tracks to each area?

Google+/Play Games is weird in general. What I have found is that the number of network connections that ABGO rapidly opens and closes is even worse when it tries to sync you up for 3rd party items like FB or Google+ – so much so that many residential routers will end up with state tables full before it completes the process. (ATT U-Verse routers are the worst at this problem, even if you attempt to DMZ and use your own).
What worked best for me was to:

    • disconnect it from FB and Google+
    • sign out of my rovio account
    • fully uninstall
    • install clean
    • sign in to Rovio and wait about 15 minutes based on the rapid fire network storm it produced
    • ensure that each area has had all the data downloaded
    • connect FB and wait about 5 minutes
    • connect Google+ and just let it sit for about 10 minutes

Though, some of the achievements don’t seem to show up no mattter what I do. I had ~4.7 million coins when I connected to Play Games and I don’t even have the collect 10,000 coin achievement. I have collected well over 10,000 coins since I connected and still no achievement. Please note the time estimates above may be overkill or too low as I was watching the router state tables directly before moving to another step.
