BBC Wales have been bigging up Wales’ chances all week. As a policy decision that ranks slightly below Mandelson’s appointment. It was never going to end well.

Hi @catsnbirds, pretty confused when you guys talk about sub-zero temperatures. I thought the US used Fahrenheit.  But you don’t say sub-32 temperatures. I suppose you use it loosely to mean below freezing. Or are you just translating for us Brits?
