Hi @catsnbirds, pretty confused when you guys talk about sub-zero temperatures. I thought the US used Fahrenheit.  But you don’t say sub-32 temperatures. I suppose you use it loosely to mean below freezing. Or are you just translating for us Brits?

If you claim it is minus 40 then I won’t be confused as that is where the the two scales are identical. But I won’t believe you.

Anyone else got a soggy bottom?16 days without any appearance by the sun in Aberdeen.It’s like living in the Arctic Circle.That prediction of 110 consecutive rain days is looking good.

Not so bad here, one or two glorious days but pretty cold. When it snowed about a month ago, Tesco’s carpark was cleared of snow and it all ended up in one huge pile.  Four weeks on and the pile is still gradually melting, about 2 feet high now.

Miss February. She is standing on one Marilyn* looking at another, on the very tip of the Llyn peninsular.

Hi Bunny always good to hear from you and knee news is good news.

Scotland got exactly what they deserved as did the Smugtards but it wouldn’t surprise me if they burst England’s bubble in Edinburgh.They seem to get more pleasure from doing that than winning tournaments themselves.Ireland seem to have fallen off a cliff and it already looks like a two way tussle for the title between England and France.

Anyway enough about rugby for it is the night of the Superb Owl.Too wet to woo though…getting coat…
