Here’s what I got back on losing out on my 1,000 coins due to running a node as the day of competition expired. My “reward’ was 150 complementary gems… :(

Sounds like you unfortunately encountered a live event glitch, which unfortunately caused you to drop in ranking in the leaderboards. The code *****-***** will grant you some complementary gems to remedy the loss a bit. Sadly we are unable to grant more gems or compensate in tokens, as it is impossible to add them to the game. Please enter the given code to the game setting portion “Enter code”, while having a strong Internet connection. Big apologies for all inconvenience encountered. We truly hope its smooth gaming from now onward.

I was finishing up a run as time expired tonight and was blowing way all my competition. All of a sudden the reward screen popped up, told me I finished in 20th place and gave me no tokens. Anyone else have this problem? I got robbed out of 1,000 tokens.
