Angry Birds Seasons Trick or Treat Level 3-9 Walkthrough

One strategy for Trick or Treat level 3-9 is to fire the Yellow bird through the slanted slab of wood, just above the first stone block. Bomb the rubble with the White bird, causing the bird to ricochet into the topmost stone block. Bomb rubble again, making sure the pumpkin pig at the top of the level has popped by now. One more White bird to clear the level. The score in the video below is 81,190.

This level is really frustrating…! I’m trying different methods to get a 3-star score… 3 days are lost in playing and still without result! And u are complaining for a few hours!? :D

I somehow managed to get 72,870 using all five birds. 75 attempts, but still not hardcore like most levels in Hang ’em High on the original game. Still waiting for a tougher episode that can beat Hang ’em High. Could take years…tsk tsk…*waits for all eternity*

Dear GOD!!!!

FINALLY!!!

After three days trying to get 3 star, it’s done today (barely make it 3 star with 72,100pts lol). I just trying the same way (shoot the first yellow bird in the bottom wood, then use white bird to clear most of the wood while killing pigs).

The longest 3-star-unfulfilled AB level for me.

Move on then….

Finally, after days of frustrating near misses, tried a method not talked about much. Took the yellow bird and aimed for the wood joint below the first brick on the left. (That took out the left most pig which always seemed to be left over.) The rest I was able to take out with the white bombers. Had one bird left and squeaked by with a 72190.

68,700. This is the very last level in all versions of AB in which I need 3*. I can’t even WIN the thing anymore, never mind improve my score by 3200 points. Love this game but levels like this not only strip it of all enjoyment they beat and pillage and leave a burning shell behind with a freaking lone pig laughing at us as we run from the ashes.

Revisiting this horrid level I think I discovered the secret. The first shot needs to hit the board above the cement block and then proceed to hit the end of the board with the bird on it. The video shows it, but it happens so fast, it’s difficult to realize it’s importance.

Now that this site has me addicted, I want to improve my score. I see from very reliable people it can be done. However, I have tried the strategies written and visual, that first brick never moves, to get that first pig. It took me a long time just to get 3 stars. Maybe, posting will bring me some luck, or the luck of the Irish, will rub off from the above post(one of the reliable people :) ).

This level relies on a lot of luck, just plain crazy.
1. Yellow bird through the wood with the first cement block, kills first pig, does around 10k of damage.
2. White bird a little high to bomb the main structure gap and fly its corpse to the plank of wood holding the stone block above the protected pig.
3. Same as no. 2
4. Same as no. 2 (if needed)
5. Cleanup!

Pretty random level, you don’t know which block would collapse. Best results shown when using only 3 birds. The first shot usually makes
some blocks fall, try using that to your advantage.

Laurence, if you need help with this level, use Kart’s strat. I had a hard time just getting three stars on this one, and was able to improve with Kart’s help!! :)

Funnily enough, I had been stuck on this one for a while, but managed it a few days ago with what I see now is a fairly respectable score! TBH I don’t remember exactly how I did it, was just too relieved to have done it! I’m going to update my entered scores now to accurately reflect which levels I’m yet to 3 star! :)

God this level was Hell. I had already got 76k back along when I played it 1st time round, but I am now trying to get above average scores. I was only 200 points shy too – but I couldn’t get anywhere near close to my previous score.

I have been at it nearly a week and I finally got there – but my bro has somehow managed to get 87k. I must beat him – I may have to use a blunt object as I do not want to see this level again for a long time.

83740!!! Took me a few hours but finally got lucky! Took out bottom wood w/ yellow, then used two white bombers to take the rest letting things work down on their own in between. More luck than skill really! :-)

Finally got 3 stars. Impossible to say how many days and methods I tried. Ended with 77280 and 1 bird left. Time to go to bed.

1. Yellow Bird like the video into the wood above the left most stone block and hitting the almost horizontal wood plank. YB goes through that board under the green pig in the middle. This was where the luck factor presented itself because the fall of the debris produced different results almost each time this bird was launched. It also opened up the middle of the structure.
2. White Bird drops the bomb more to the right of the area in the video because the internal wood structure was destroyed. The WB bounce up and got two pigs on the right. Debris got the big pig on the bottom.
3. White Bird getting the left most pig because that was the only one remaining.
4. White Bird = bonus
5. Yellow Bird = bonus
This level was challenging in that I had to come back to it for about 5 days to obtain an above average score.

I hated this level the first thousand times I played it and I still hate it! IMO this was the worst one with luck being the only factor in getting a good score. You know it’s a non skill only luck level when all the great alt strats can’t totally help because every time you play it something different happens! Argh Kathy when you get here I will add a whine to yours but in the meantime I need one for myself so I can finally get the heck out of here!! 1 2 3…….WWwHHhiiiinnnneeee!!!! :/

Has anyone had the little horizontal stone block on the horizontal wood plank on the right under the pig in the pumkin fall before or while flinging first bird @ mvnla2? Any reports? Not sure if its worth reporting ..I ts happened a couple times but I had hit reset to quickly to see how much damage is caused ..I will let you know more if I see it!

After several hours I was finally able to score 80,260 I mostly used the method of hitting the slab of wood directly above the first block and just aiming for what was left with the white birds. I cleared it in 4 birds

I used the same technic as kartflyer and indeed a truckload of luck. I got 85520 the first time around and seeing these posts I am so glad I didn’t need to revisit this level! How ever I see I never posted my video back than, well better late than never :D

First shot like the video above, but everything collapsed, leaving only the left bottom pig, so with trembling hands i went for the second shot knowing I would have top score by a distance. Completely messed it up ( almost threw the phone against the wall ) and had to settle for 90,170. Would have scored 100,000 if I made the shot.

Shocked!! Just got 89k+, with 2 birds!!!!
After hours upon hours of flinging, I would alternate between first bird hitting wood plank above stone slab, then would switch to first shot to wood plank just below the stone block.
Got this score from the lower approach strat.

I hit hard enough (or at the right spot) to push some of the lower structure to the right, destabilizing it.
The structure just started to crumb, falling stones helped to break a lot of the wood planks.

Sent second bird high, dropped egg and bird body flew up to hit the top pig in pumpkin. Pig, upper stone peice, and bird body all came down (with a lot of luck), finished off any reminding pigs.

The bottom left pig was already gone from the first lower shot.
At first I thought my score would be too low, but I had 3 birds left over to total 89+k!!!!
Happy dance……

Hope this helps others who might return here later.
