Angry Birds Seasons Trick or Treat Level 1-5 Walkthrough

A good strategy for Trick or Treat level 1-5 is to fling one Yellow bird through the leftmost vertical planks, popping the first pig. Then continue straight ahead and reach the last pig. A two-bird clear should be sufficient for 3 stars. The score in the video below is 69,480.

1. Yellow bird higher than the video. Contact point bottom left corner of hollow wood square and top left corner of solid wood block underneath. Goal is to eliminate these two items and collapse the left side and obtain 21k+.
2. Yellow bird comes in lower and goes through to the solid wood blocks on right. Better wood debris destruction, better score.
3. Yellow bird = bonus
4. Yellow bird = bonus

Also had some luck with hitting the left end of the long wood horizontal plank that the 4 pigs sit on. If the left side can fall to the left one has an open shot to the right bottom pig. Scores in the low 70K were obtained.

Castle opener and a razor method. :). @wrw01 inspired me after made near 70K on my own. Collapsing left tower to the left – good idea. After some scores I look from more points – near 75K level.

I went higher way. Ham Solo, sorry YB ;) aimed at crack between top flat ceiling and open box. This I call “Castle opener” because YB slowly goes inside and nicely colapse by levering a ceiling. 24,6K fo 1st shoot!

Next goes a “Razor”, lately ignited as @kimmiecv was discovered, clearing wooden debris to the bald skin (some minikin survive). This compilation give me 76.810 and Top Score!

@Kathy I’m not sure where my comment went either as I remember this level and having mentioned something, however I was pretty sure I’d said Powah boost the 2nd bird at the very last moment and yep that’s it!! For some reason it makes YB zoom through the wood better, go low if there’s an opening on the 2nd shot. 1st shot I went up a bit higher than wrw01 did I’m pretty sure. But to be honest I was so frustrated I was just flinging without purpose like a nutter!! Seems that’s the ticket!! If I can get it I Know you can!!! :)

@kimmiecv ok, I can’t resist the challenge & you dragged me back here. Your tip about the last-second power boost was great, it does seem to help the yellow bird cut through the wood better here. Just hope for a pretty good opening to shoot into so the righthand stack of wood will fall. Improved my score by about 3k, thank you!! :)

After so long time I have not so many idea. I can’t replay it 4U, because I lost my all progress at all AB games at my phone :(. Based on my memory and some reading: U can copy my first shoot. 2nd one goes flat with aim at L side of wooden staff with max retardation of YB boost. And as always at AB – Repeat until success / fatigue (depending on what appear faster) ;).

I’ve been asked to clarify this, but I don’t think it will help anyone really, it was a once in a life time shot.
I flung bird one exactly as in the video (perhaps a teeny weeny tad lower) and it hit the very sweetest of sweet spots, and everything literally exploded. And I mean everything.
I’ll boldly post that I don’t think it’s repeatable or beatable, knowing that very shortly my crown will be taken!

Thanks to @e-star‘s video and @wrw01‘s detailed description really helped me to increase my score by 4k! Just had to try it a few times to get the trajectory and boost timing correct for the debris damage needed to get above average score, and I’m outta here. Woo-hooo!!

@palantas great score, beat my “invincible one” hands down.
I was asked to elaborate on my strategy, which I did. You never posted one. Hope you are not offended if I ask you to explain yours. A screen shot of the score also helps to prove your score. Again I don’t wish to offend, but there have been some very nasty exchanges at ABN (Moon of Endor is a prime example) and loads of us in the nest are keen for all top scorers to post strat and screenshot.

I followed the directions and got a good score, only to realize I had already gotten a better score in a previous playthrough. I do love this website though, because of the levels I can’t seem to 3 star or pass at all.

@cc-admins @sal9 @amslimfordy interesting feature in trick or treat, the arrow buttons under the videos are reversed. The forward button takes you to the previous level, but the back button takes you forward so no big deal.
