Lost points and level

I just lost about 13000 points and one level on my frost savage helm. I was in the lead by about that much when I opted to play a round on my iPhone instead of my iPad. It synced and I was in second place and had lost a level. Any ideas?

There have always been syncing issues with Epic. It does not sync constantly; rather, there are random periods when it does. You can force-sync by logging out on one device before logging in on another.

I’m not going to risk it again. From now on, I’ll play on one device only. I’m back in the lead by about 5k when my lead should be near 20k.

You have to log out and log back in on one of the two devices to force-sync the save, then you’re fine… it happened to me too once in the past, but this trick has worked ever since, or, as you said, just play it safe by using one device only.
