    I’ll be honest my tongue has been hanging out like that this week on account of the unseasonal heat .Non more so than when I saw a bloke standing next his bicycle reading a map with a half drunk bottle of Strongbow cider at his feet at 10.30 in the morning.Wonder where he ended up…

    Love the closeup!

    Here in Michigan the saying is “April showers bring May flowers”, but this year the tulips bloomed in April and are mostly done with their colors now. There was so much rain in March that there was a small pond in my backyard for a short time – first time in the 35 years I’ve lived in this house! Hmmmmmm

    @briann it was clear to see he was looking for Buckie

    Only a Weegie could come up with that one @ixan57.

    Appears I’ve mustered the Angry Bird itch again. Dan took a trophy of mine while I was away. Snagged one back and managed to knock Dfish down one as well. Happy flinging

    Good to see you chatting it up per usual, Brian

    @desperate-dan @briann I would highly recommend checking my record on 10-11. ABO has lost to Classics in a stunning fashion. Needs eyes on it as I am unsure if it truly is unbeatable after second thought

    @desperate-dan

    @atlas-zulay it’s exhausting. Got 3000 back on you on 5-13 immediately but still 1000 behind. Now you want me to look at 10-11. At least that wasn’t one of mine. Classics is still untapped because most of the best players never played it or refused to do so, for reasons I cannot fathom.

    @atlas-zulay

    @desperate-dan well done on gaining so many points so fast. 10-11 record shocked me as I thought it was a Classics record as I hadn’t touched it in a while. Shame most players don’t try Classics, but I do understand. As a Classics player I hate ABO and refuse to play it if I am not overall within top 3 of an episode

    Glad to see you have the itch back Cody but very few scores are ttuly unbeatable. Dan’s after you…

    I stand confident in my 10-11 record for now. Will take Dan a while!

    @desperate-dan

    I want a combined approach.  I keep getting much better scores with bird 1 using ABo, but Classics is obviously better for birds 2 and 3.

    1-0 to the Arsenal!Come on sing along Dan.

    Yer boys did well over the two legs and deserve to be in the final.Not many people giving them a chance against the winners of the other semi but Arsenal seem to have refound the steely resolve they were showing earlier in the season when they beat Bayern comfortably in the group stage.I suspect PSG might squeak through against Bayern but even they might struggle against a team that can actually defend.

    Hey @guestwith7 seeing as you’re playing SWII atm have you found that Rovio are no longer supporting the Carbonite Melt?All three devices that have the game only allow the melt via coins now.Can’t be just me surely?Reckon that might make it difficult to complete the game from scratch.

    Desperate Dan
    @desperate-dan

    I think OB still has the melt on the BP menu. I recommend it with fries.

    Desperate Dan
    @desperate-dan

    Given a choice,  I think most Arsenal fans would choose the League over the Cup. I can stand losing to PSG but not City.

    Brian N
    @briann

    Arsenal fans are notoriously fickle.

    Problem is the BP kitchen is so short staffed these days OB is also on table duty.No one wants Carbonite Melt all over their face when he has one of his turns.

    @briann

    Can’t remember the last time an underdog won the CL final.Probably Chelsea beating Man City when Pep out thought himself with his team selection and tactics and Thomas Tuchel the bacon home.I shall be rooting for Arsenal.

    As for the league it looks like City have blinked first.

    I have always hated VAR @briann, but now I absolutely LOVE IT!

    Brian N
    @briann

    With just Palace and Burnley to play it shouldn’t matter what City do now.

    I’m fed up waiting for an Angry Birds Challenge. It’s obsessed with Star Wars. Must be weeks.

    Brian N
    @briann

    I’m busy doing the Big Set Up 10-14 challenge @desperate-dan-you should try it…Oh wait…

    Frustratingly just landed 133828.It’s made trickier by the fact that I’m watching an absorbing Play-off game between Southampton and Boro.Who knew The Saints were such masters of the dark arts?They’ve even trained their ballboys to refuse to give Middlesborough the ball!

    On that subject was it Eden Hazard who kicked an Everton ballboy for doing the same thing?

    Anyway extra time and all square.Promise I won’t be playing BSU 10-14 for the next 3 weeks.

    Brian N
    @briann

    News just in…

    Sauron topples Gandalf!

    Yes the dark arts win and no not a reference to Dan beating my score on BSU 10-14 but Southampton prevailing over Boro.I bet Bob Mortimer is fuming and I must admit I’m not happy about the way Saints have gone about things.Their manager always looks like he’s planning a murder.If looks could kill.https://youtu.be/3xZmlUV8muY?si=pqCr7dWD4DswecTc

    Didn’t realise (or had forgotten) that Kate Bush was on that. The only song with whistling on that I like. Whistling is the spawn of the devil.
