I see a key issue with the commands, Brian. You didn’t enter admin mode when opening CMD…. I forget not every knows they have to. My bad!

Type “CMD” in your windows machine search feature in the bottom left of the task bar. Then run it as “Administrator”  then proceed

And I think the belief among some here is that you English actually copied your language from us!
