I watched a bit of The 1975 early on. Then they did an intro that was pure Coldplay and I was out of there, man. But I get it, they are about as good as any really popular modern band is.

Enjoyed Supergrass. They pretty much played their debut album track by track in order then threw in some later bangers to finish with. Did the ironing watching the Wet Leg set.

Hm… I wonder if one is still allowed to advertise Angry Birds mods in here or if Bird Leader (still don’t know how to reply to people here, sorry! it’s not the same as in Discord, so i’m a little confused about it) needs to respond a bit about the whole deal first. Speaking of, I wonder how that’s going, if he did end up talking to a few modders for possible permission on having leaderboards and stuff for their mods in here. He hasn’t said anything yet, so I’ve mostly just been lurking around in here, waiting for when it is time. Ah welp, I’m a patient guy, I can wait. Juuuust popping my head up here for a bit to say that yeah, I am still around, and I still will.

FYI; The reason I’m asking this is because a really influential and important mod released just last night. Not a coincidence. Everything does seem to be pretty nicely timed, yeah?

Very rock ‘n’ roll @desperate-dan but good to hear something new from Wet Leg.Can’t explain my liking for The 1975 it’s the kind of band I’d normally give a wide berth to but they seem to scratch an itch.Best not to analyse these things.

As for EE they’ve appeared at Glasto a couple of times that I know of ,they did a short set on the John Peel stage(forget what it’s called now) and their last time was about 10 years ago on the Other stage which is a little surprising given their liking for festivals.

Hi @bikeborb1 you seem as confused down here as I do when I visit Discord.I did try looking for those Nokia links but when I tried a download nothing seemed to appear.If you have any helpful pointers maybe you could send me a PM here at the Nest.

That’s also the suggestion I’d make about any Modding queries .Putting out a friendship request with @birdleader then sending PM’s seems to make for speedier resolution on a particular subject.As you can tell the conversation down here is very random though it’s always good to hear from you.

Gotcha, gotcha. Will shoot him a message whenever I’m free to do that then. Thank ye for the help. As for assisting you with making that work… I’ll see. It’s been forever since I tried on my phone and I never even tried it on an emulator so I’m not sure if THAT works, but once I’ll re-test it out for myself I’ll tell ya what I did for it to work on my end.

Catching up with some glasto via I Player and Anohni and the Johnsons(formerly Antony) played a good set.Not only has he morphed into a woman but also a jazz/funk marine biologist.Weird and wonderful in my opinion.

Watched Amyl and the Sniffers (most Aussie band of all time), Pulp (brilliant) and Neil Old (material from 1964 to 2020!). Thought Beabadoobee was excellent too.

As for England I’m not in the moany Vaughny camp waiting to pounce on every mistake they make.My only beef with them this series has been putting India in to bat on both occasions,they got lucky in the first test.Nice to hear Baz acknowledge they ‘may’ have got that wrong at Edgbaston but test cricket can be a steep learning curve.
