Game Bugged out

i opened the game after completing 70% of the game and what i see is my items, coins, and every item has like 2million something. and i am not able to play any battle. the screen just dulls out and gets stuck there. even if i go to the nest and try to change any birds weapons same thing happens.
my account was synced. and when i uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, it worked until i tried to sync and get my save back. same issue after sync.
is there anyway to fix this or do i have to let it go? i aint playing all over again

contacted them on june 27. no reply. probably dead
