Our strategy for Angry Birds Star Wars Death Star level 2-27 is to first toss Obi-Wan through the opening and push the TNT toward the back structure, bringing it down. Now launch Luke up high to cut down the string, which will take out the last pig on the ground.

two birder. the first han will usually knock down the long barrier. aimed the second han same as the video and caused a domino effect. 89010

@austinrhl: That guy surely lost. Level 2-26 don’t have 2 Hans and a long barrier. But I can’t find that particular level (might need about 15 minutes to search for that level)

Alternate strat:

First bird to the square (second from top) block in the first string. Wait until he cuts the next string and then direct force down/right. This should kill all stormtroopers + the left pig on the ground. Then launch Luke to take down the right structure. This is good for 69-70k, but there should be the potential for a 1-birder if the TNT explodes (which happens only rarely).

This works really well – thanks. I would suggest a slight alteration, though. For me, it works better when I activate Obi-Wan just an instant before he hit the metal circle of the second string; this will deflect the string such that Obi-Wan passes directly through the porktrooper in that string and sends the remaining five metal pieces directly at the TNT, which explodes for some extra points. The porktrooper in the rightmost string was always left behind when I did this, but I was consistently able to nab him with Luke’s lightsaber while Luke continued on to take out the middle vertical glass support piece. This was sufficient to bring down the far structure, although I sometimes had to be patient waiting for the rightmost pig to roll off his platform.

I used this method too, but I didn’t try activating the Force downward. I did it up and to the right. I’ll try down, that sounds like there may be some points potential.

Thank you @f91jsw and @austinrhl! Followed both your strats and tips, got lucky and the first shot killed all the, Hahaaa love the name, porktroopers on strings and the TNT so Luke was able to focus on the far right unimpeded!! You two are awesome with great strats and tips!! :)

I got 74290 w/2 Birds.
The rightmost Pig is difficult to kill.
Luckily, when Metal detonated TNT, some metal pieces went through the vertical ice blocks of right structure & kill rightmost Pig.

I too say thanks to both @f91jsw &@austinrhl for your strategies, which I adapted slightly for me & my Android phone by aiming quite a bit higher & guessing for the release based on the two of you. I activated the Force down & right & managed to not just get all of those hanging troopers & the bottom left pig but also exploded the TNT & that force moved right to take out the far left glass leg for 39120: http://angrybir.de/16EmjNq.

I aimed the 2nd ( I don’t have upgraded sabre yet) towards the lower left “pig on a shelf” & activated to take down this structure. When all was said & done I was quite happy to see another 25K+ in points, for 74300. It’s certainly not as high as so many other good fellow flingers here on ABN, however considering I’ve yet to really get the hang of this Obi character, I’ll take this score thank you very much & move on. I can only imagine that the current Top Score of 80,590 is a 1-birder.

Got the one birder after many attempts. Launch Obi Wan at 1st hanging pig. He’ll continue through 1st 2 strands. Activate just prior to hitting the 3rd strand, directing force toward the 4th hanging pig. The stubborn ones are the pig under The mustache pig, and the one next to the TNT. It took many many tries for both of them to go. On the final try, it took the pig under the mustache pig about 15 seconds of slo-mo roll before he finally rolled off and popped.

It took many tries for me too, but this one worked for me as well. I could clear the right side pretty consistently, but the left helmet pig only twice. Thanks for the strat Bob.

A good but very tough strategy to pull off. I must have made at least 150 tosses before finally harvesting the 1-birder for a +74K score. You can tell the strategy is going to work SOMETIME ~ but it’s pretty frustrating to almost always see at least one piggy remaining!

Aim Obi-Wan directly at the left-corner of bottom diamond in 2nd string. At impact, force push directly behind platform holding TnT. This SHOULD push the TnT towards the back structures taking out all four pigs PLUS get the 4th (blue) string swinging which takes out the pig on the 5th (brown) string. If you;re lucky, the pig on the swinging 4th string might be taken out as well. Next, aim Luke at the circle (3rd object from the top) on the first string, and as he’s about to hit the pig on the 2nd string activate his lightsaber. The falling debris should take out the pig on the ground, and his arc should take him through the pig on the 3rd string. Result … 3-stars and approximately 71,500 pts (my best is 71,680).

@vaax sorry about knocking you off the throne, I know it’s not fun when that happens. : ( but I looked at your leaderboard for Death Star and saw TWO more top score trophies! along with some very impressive numbers. Great shooting! Hope to cross paths with you out in the pig-killing fields.

Hitting the second block of the first chain and releasing the force downward and to the right, approximately at the impact of th round metal , set of TNT. Second shot like cut of the pig and destroyed the main structure and the falling menTal took care of th last pig.

Used @f91jsw and @austinrhl ‘s method. I aimed low on the left side of the second block. Obi-wan needs to cut the second string by going through the pig. That allows the bottom part of the string of concrete pieces to land on the TNT. That recalcitrant TNT is the biggest problem. I have no good solution to why it doesn’t usually go off. When it does go off, if you have those concrete pieces on it, they can be blown to the right and take out both that stubborn hanging pig on the right side string and the upside down ladybugs. Of course that doesn’t usually happen……..

77k using different 1st bird strategy (potential one birder but I’ve not hit it):

Aim just above west point of top wooden square (the diamond one), activate power as close or simultaneous to hitting round metal in next string. Power activation point is lowest part of furthest hanging ropey thing (the porktrooper’s ear)
kill remaining pigs

well that Almost got me a one birder, but alas not enough damage, last pig trooper wouldn’t let go of his rope, and the structure on the far right, although all pigs met their demise, the structure itself didn’t collapse all the way!
