Don´t send red straight at the pig-station use the left asteroid to push station to gravity field. If you do it right the chain and even both asteroids will follow. Top score 135k this way.

It all comes down to how much damage the two boulders can do rolling through the debris.
Indeed it does and that comes down two factors: minor adjustment and luck. To defeat bad luck persistence is recommended ;-)

@hallieginsb Congrats on the trophy! is there Anything you can add for a tip, like a certain speed or mark where you hit the boulder? anyyhing lol I’m desperate haha been at this for hours and cant break 136k ish.. i promise i won’t run off with your trophy i just need a thousand points or so lol;)
@kathy I aimed full speed right at that indentation on the left side of the boulder. I found I got higher scores when the boulder moved almost straight to the right with minimal counterclockwise rotation. 137k was my best score before hitting the big one so keep at it!
@hallieginsb you mean the underside of the boulder? kinda where the 2 clumps join?

arghhh Whhinne I’ve been flinging at this for 5 hours today 2 hours last night and i keep getting the same 136040 or lower !! cannot break it @kelani not sure if you are still keeping track of RSS levels or whatever the initial repeat score level RSL lol..anyway
@micromax sorry to beat your score with your own strat. Your persistence tip made the difference. Had a couple of 137k scores before finally hitting 140k. There was still a bit of that white block left on the right hand side of the platform in the gravity field but not much.
No need to be sorry @hallieginsb, I did just yesterday the same thing to @burbman on M2-1. I’m glad you proved my prediction above about 140k to be correct and of course ‘I’ll be back’ … again. However currently I’m trapped in Mirror Worlds and enjoying it more than expected. I expect you will keep the top here at least for several weeks now.

Rovio if you read this please include some free eagles with the patch to compensate those of us who wasted a bunch trying to pass this bugged level.
+1 on the wasted eagles…. I’m mad at myself for continuing to try, even though I had a feeling it was a bug. Dang.

Nothing much to add to @hallieginsb‘s comment above. My impression is that you need to aim so that boulder drifts as much to the top of screen as possible, while not breaking the square part that holds the chain (which is more or less equivalent to above comments which explain where to aim rather than which outcome you want to obtain). It took me less than 30 minutes to score 139k once I got a good aiming point (not so easy to spot since the background image is quite featureless here), and then, after loads of 138k-139k scores, I finally got the Holy Grail by the narrowest of margins. As an indication of a good score, if you have 69k at the onset of roket ignition, this should be good. For my top score, I had 71k at this point, but I was never able to completely destroy things that are in the right gravitational field. Therefore, there should be a small margin of improvement here, but you may either need to be very patient or to find a sweet spot that increases the odds that such perfect destruction happens.

Playing for today’s challenge and getting little improvement despite the small window of variation with the aiming point on the boulder. Possibly just a “rinse and repeat” thing, but I’m wondering if there might also be an issue with different versions here? I’ve noticed on the video posted by @comex666, that the upper left cluster has 4 triangular wooden sections as part of the structure. On my version, these don’t exist. I suspect that this might alter the way destruction occurs. Just a thought. You can clearly see the differences on these side-by-side screenshots:

Some differences exists for different versions in some levels. Cold Cuts 2-30 is an example, where the timeout after boss destruction is much shorter in recent versions. Cosmic Crystals 7-5 was also different only on the very first Android version and scores in the 90k range cannot be obtained in any other versions (which have six pairs of maces instead of eight). afaik, the level design which experienced the largest number of changes is Cold Cuts 2-10, with no less than 4 different designs (see my comments there; the last version does not allow to get near top score). In Classic AB, Golden Egg 31 also changed in a drastic (and far less fun) way because of some instability in the initial version.
In some cases, the reason for the change is obvious (e.g., GE 31 which caused te game to crash), for for others such as CC 2-10, it is not clear why they did so. If you notice than there exist some differences between versions, it is better to warn @sweetp that this level might not be fair for the Daily Challenge, but if this happens after Challenge has started, well, it’s too late.
Hi @sglouk. Sorry for not responding sooner to your very helpful and detailed post. I don’t recall all of the levels you mention but have come across a few over the years that have been modified to make top scores unreachable. (I do remember the maces variation on Cosmic Crystals 7-5, as I played that recently). I didn’t mention @sweetp in my post because it was just an observation, and I wasn’t sure repeated play might finally do the trick (it didn’t for me this time!).
By the way, congrats on your top score on Beak Impact M8-34. Commanding lead on that one, so the trophy should be secure for quite a while.

This one slipped by me while I was vetting a few others and trying to keep the system from skipping levels in the same day (it’s been a real struggle lately).
I will definitely blacklist this one, so it won’t appear again in the Daily Challenge.
@briann @sweetp Not sure I can add much to this, except to say that I’m sure my 2015 score was from an older version of the game. In 2016, my tablet died and I had to replace it. I reinstalled Space and started from scratch playing the levels all over again. I changed most of my scores as I played through the levels to match what I have on the tablet I currently use, but I left this one because it was so good. My score on my tablet today is 135,690.

Thanks @briann. Long time I haven’t played this level. FWIW my version has obviously been updated since I last played, as I now have the wooden sections in the upper left cluster. Not that it’s made any difference – tried a few flings for the challenge but cannot even beat my own score. All down to luck I think with that same single shot.
I’m using BlueStacks. The version I have doesn’t have the wood mentioned but still scored me 138k. Gave it a go just now and managed 136k so I’m thinking it’s more of a rinse and repeat level involving some RNG! For those using BS my aiming point is 29.29 46.2. Minor variations make a difference.
Space Eagle walkthrough, with 1 sardine can — Brass Hogs level 9-15

As seen above, this level used to have glitched, unattainable Total Destruction. But it is fixed in the latest version (used in my video).
Using a sardine can in place of the first bird, simply make the eagle smash the top-right structure (use the smaller gravity field to reach it). After this and the activation of the gas bottles, only one pig (with glass and steel around) will last; pop it with the green bird. This is more than enough to get the feather.
