Well, having asked for help I managed to get 3*. Not the greatest score, but 3*.
For what it’s worth:
1) Straight ahead along central axis of both spaceships. Be sure to activate yell just before hitting. Should go all the way through and take out the center bad guy in the second ship.
2) Red to right ice crystal above highest pig. Ice explosion should take out that pig, the lava-steroid and some of the pigs in the spaceship
3) Take out remaining pigs
4) if necessary take last pig (can still get 3*)

Thank you @mvnla2! This is so much easier to follow, and after a few resets got me to break 100k. It is a bit tough getting more debris damage from the iceteroid and lavateroid, just have to get lucky like @kathy did!

@MVNLA2 thanks! I was struggling on this one a bit, my video capability is down and I’ve been just completing then 3-starring then going for high score. Detailed written strats are my only hope for now, other than grinding it out, which I always try first.

It was the yell that did it, I’d discovered the strat without, but couldn’t penetrate that last chamber. I didn’t realize the yell actually gave you just a little more impact power.

@Kathy – Actually I was trying to pinpoint the 3 star level with different approaches when luck kicked in with my second shot off the ice rock causing more destruction than usual. As usual, it looks like @rat9 is the man to ask.

Second, and I agree with @Kathy on this, top scoring flingers should post help for the less fortunate. The Nest is a collective of great flingin’ minds. We’re not helping each other, or ourselves, by holding on tight to our little secrets.

@rat9 – thank you and congrats on another high score. Your use of different speeds definitely differentiates you from us average flingers. I usually post strategies in those extremely rare instances where I have a high score. Taking your advice to heart, I will post strategies even if they are as mundane as “same as the video”. This one is all about speed control.

1st shot: Low power at the left nostril of the big pig right in front of the sling. Scores: 33-37k

2nd shot: Almost (reduced) full power at the joint of rock and ice. Scores: 66-72k

3rd shot: Low medium power at remaining pig. If you use full power, he won’t break through the glass and wood. Score: That’s up to you.

Nice score @kathy, congrats on the trophy! I followed @mvnla2‘s strategy and even though not as high as yours, got my 102K. Looks like most of the debris points was after the 2nd shot? Maybe I’ll come back and redo this one, but for now here’s my video showing the basic concept.

I am both embarassed and mortified. And I apologize to all. For the first time in many, many years, I looked at the Comments page this morning and saw that I had a couple of notices. When I clicked on them, I found that there had been a discussion of my score on M8-22 of Mirror Worlds Space Beak Impact. First time I had been aware of this, and I understand why you removed my score.

I am still playing Angry Birds, and still enjoy the original games, and during this Covid period, I have been trying to work through Seasons with the aim of improving my scores. My failure has been to not take an active part in the commentary and discussion parts of the Nest over the years.

I will check whether I still have Mirror World on my iPad and if I do, I will of course be happy to provide a screenshot of my score.

1. Straight ahead.
2. To lava rock – a lava fragment has to trigger a chain reaction with ice rock. I reckon this only happens 1/10 times. This clears all the pigs for scores usually in the mid-80k range. So with 2 bonus birds scores of 100k+.
3. Into debris – usually score more than 10k with bird 3 so better than 2-bird clearance.

Indeed the second bird is key here.
After that, it all depends on the level of destruction and the placement of debris.

Usually a stubborn pig is hanging in the bottom, so you can take you time to adjust the last bird.

Thanks @pauliboy. I’m not that tech savvy so not sure how to compress a photo file. Still having no success uploading file after a few more attempts, so tried a different approach. Took a screen capture of the original pic in my iPad photo album and tried uploading that. It worked. Go figure!

I see @bswins is having the same problem, so it’s not just me, which makes me feel better!

@sweetp : Pic in my album but the “Direct Link” box is empty, so can’t copy and paste link here. Hopefully you can access my album directly?

Increased my score to 117680 with 5 minutes to spare on the challenge. Took a screen shot again with the new score, and again this picture will not upload.

As always, I click on *choose file* then select photo.
Small thumbnail and “1 photo” displays in the text box next to choose file.
I then click on “upload”.
Progress bar appears but after several minutes, message “no file selected” displays in the text box next to choose file.

@sweetp – please advise any other way I can post proof of my score. Thanks.

@peejaydee27 Finally, I got it to work by emailing myself a low-res copy (less than 1 MB) and uploading it. I don’t beat the top score that often, so if the problem continues, it’s not likely to be a big problem for me. 😊

BlueStacks video for 117k/3 with tap spots description on my YouTube. I try to fling the second sooner rather than later. Had numerous 2 birders but unless you get very lucky it’s best to use 3. GL for the 🐶
