Our strategy for Angry Birds Angry Birds Space Beak Impact level 8-16 is to send Terence towards the bottom boulders, so that they detonate the first tnt. Then simply send the laser bird into the last tnt to clear the level.. The strategy shown yields a score of 89,040.

Issue with Angry Birds 2 and windows
anyone else notice that objects float midway between the edge of the gravity and the upper planet’s surface?
What do you mean @Burbman? I don’t see anything floating:/
@Kathy, I will have to get a screengrab. Seems like the robotic arm will float halfway between the planet surface and the edge of the gravity quite often for me.
Here is a screenshot of what I am talking about. Really need video to do this justice, but I do not have that capability.
Image
I also get the floating robotic arm in the top gravity field. Bizarre.
2-birder for 99,540: Space Beak Impact Level 8-16 Screenshot.
Terence pretty much straight on into the nearest boulder with the objective of wedging its remains between the wooden “arm” to the far right and small TNT across from it.
Space Chuck downward at approx. 45 degree angle and activating so it goes through the wood holding two big boulders together. Chuck ignites bubble TNT and continues on to ignite the small TNT at upper right. A pleasant to watch mayhem ensues.
Sorry! — it was actually a 3-birder. I forget where I sent the Ice Bird but it must’ve been obvious where to aim.
Well I made a fine mess of that strategy write-up…sorry it was late. Here’s a video to clear up any confusion re: the method: http://youtu.be/VsNHTyl5il4.
You want to hurry with sending Ice Bird between two big boulders before they’re too far apart. Good luck!
@fenikus, I’m sorry pal. You’re videos are very good. Thanks. https://www.angrybirdsnest.com/members/bernersenn/album/picture/9539/h
Thanks @fenikus!
Your video worked well for me.
thx to @fenikus for the great video
i used only the first bird
here a video with 104k:

Thank you @fenikus you did a fine job explaining but the added video is great! ! Keep em’ coming; )
@fenikus — Thanks! Finally got above average, although I expect average is continuing to go up.
What kind of a level is it anyway, were the top score is only 8K above the average?
Great strat @fenikus fun to watch!! I haven’t quite mastered it yet, definitley gotta be quick.
Thanks for sharing:)
I must have tried 200 times to get both TNTs to blow in 1 bird. Finally got it. Did it in 1 bird. Sent Terrence just below white square with the intention of having him deflect off the middle of the three boulders and then running all the way up to the upper TNT. When it blew up, a large chain reaction ensued igniting the lower TNT among other things. I actually had bird #2 pulled back and ready to fling when it all went off. I stayed steady waiting for it to end and give me credit for the one birder. Glad I didn’t let go.

Nice flinging @ltcstanley I had a feeling a one bird was possible! ! Nice score;)
@ltcstanley That was also how I got my highest score so far (just over 96k). You have to hit the boulder just right, almost at its tip. I think a higher one bird score is possible using a first shot basically the same as one in example above. Sometimes one of the resulting small boulders will detonate the upper TNT (as one almost did in the example), but for some reason that almost never results in detonating the lower TNT, and the few times it did, either the leftmost pig survived or the total score just hasn’t been as high. The potential extra points come from knocking more boulders into the gravity of the planet to the left. If my score improves, it will probably be because I’m going to try the three-bird @fenikus method. I’m sick of the one birder.
Thanks @ltcstanley!
I use as an aiming point the white nob of the bubble around the lower TNT.
@ltcstanley Excellent strategy! I always love the ones that work the first time, and this one definitely does. Thanks for posting it.
Two extra notes for the perfectionists, there are at least three ways this shot can detonate the TNT, so perfect aiming isn’t critical. Like @bonneypattycat, I also used the white nub and was able to get consistent detonations aiming anywhere on it, but the sweet spot for me was a few pixels left of center, or between the two blue dots at the base of the nub.
The only real variable on this is timing your shot so the claw slows Terence enough to rebound off the boulders, but doesn’t stop him in his bird trax. To do this 100% of the time: Make Terence hit the claw when its elbow has bent to form a right angle (‘L’ shape). This happens every two seconds. The first viable shot happens 6 seconds after reset. So, Reset, Count to four while aiming, Fling. (It takes 2 seconds to get to the claw). If you need more time, count to any multiple of 2, i.e. 4,6,8,10,12 seconds. This works until 15-20 seconds after reset. At that point, the ship’s jerking becomes more erratic.
I tried many approaches to this one. But I wasn’t able to get over 97K until I used your strategy @LTCStanely. I backed off the power a bit and as @Kelani pointed out, you need to time your shot so that the pig with the flaying arms doesn’t impede Terrence’s speed. But after that, just watch the show.
Alternative 1 bird strategy:
Another easy way to get a one birdie is to simply use the planets gravity field as a slingshot:
Aim Terrence north so he just barely gets inside the gravity field, this will slingshot him around the planet and detonate the top TNT, resulting in a one birder around 1 out of 5, however for good scores you also need the lower TNT to detonate, and then the success rate is only 1 to 20, discounting the shots not accomplishing the slingshot around the planet. Scores will mostly vary between 90000 and 95000.
@guld8888 Oh man is that ever so much easier!!! Thank you!
