Our strategy for Angry Birds Angry Birds Space Beak Impact level 8-15 to send the first laser bird north, above the main structure, and redirect him straight down. Then do the same with the second bird, from the south side. The strategy shown yields a score of 110,060.

This was my absolute bête noir until I realised my schoolgirl error! In twenty minutes I top scored it. Yippee!

1. Send bird in a NE direction, and take out the eastern side
2. Send bird in a SE direction, and take out the western side

Easy peasy once I’d worked it out

And then sooo embarrassed ….

Just like video, right side first then left & just managed to improve on iPad from 113340 to 114310 …. now if I could just manage 8-2 & 8-9 where I can’t even manage a Top 50 score : -(

I tried it with various turns from top and bottom right and left.
To the score that is the best a strategy identical to a video in the case of me.
It might be only lucky.

Same as the video…….but….Notice that the grey hose with the orange ball on the end almost always flies up and to the left after the first shot. If you hurry your second shot so that some wood flies up and hits that hose, the scores seem to be about 2k higher most of the time. If you shoot too soon the wood goes to the left of the hose and if you shoot too late the wood goes to the right of the hose.

Method as described by @hunnybunny (right side from above, then left side from below), with a small tweak that gives the crucial extra points you need for today’s puppy. The most intuitive way is to activate LB so that is crosses down the four wooden planks of upper right canister, then the two upper planks of lower right one. However, when doing this, you usually waste most of white triangles. So the idea is to get rid of one of them for sure by activating a hair earlier, so that LB destroys upper left triangle of upper right canister, and then the three wooden planks of this canister. This is difficult as LB is quite far from activation point, but sticking a sheet of paper on the screen helps to make it.

2nd shot as described by @stocktoad. You can probably get a few extra points by using the same trick (unsure I did it, actually), but timing as described by @stocktoad is even more crucial.

@sglouk: Thanks for the tweak ;-)

It gave me the right direction, and then something else happened.

I was trying to target the top right triangle, and then, from time to time, the first Chuck was bouncing back into orbit like this and started destabilizing the top left structure.

The net result is that by bringing stuff closer together greater destruction was becoming more probable on the left side.

Anyway, here is the final result for the Daily Challenge.

Thanks @sglouk for the tip on the 1st shot, trying to take out the top left triangle. I found it was a tricky shot trying to just clip it, most of the time the lazer Bird hit it & stopped dead.
Also thanks @stocktoad for the 2nd shot.

OK, getting above average on this one is going to drive me crazy. I have what looks like near total destruction and I’m still 1K under average.
