Can’t find a golden egg
One birder hitting the large copter in front at the bottom of the windshield.
Great strat @smithda44. I used for my current 198k. One addition. I found my most consistent one birders by waiting till the copters moved some to the right before firing.
It took awhile @smithda44, but I eventually managed a 1-birder this way on iPad for 196550, but I would have sworn the score was 30 points higher & should have been 196580
same strat, one lucky shot. here is the photo
Thank you @smithda44. It took awhile, but finally managed to improve my score by 10K!
I also highlighted your comment (light blue) indicating this as an alternate strategy.
@smithda44 Thanks for posting your strategy. I did the exact same thing prior to looking in the Nest.
I also used the same shot (and the usual “luck” that is so often required) to reach my score. There’s a picture in my album.
208890/1. i don’t particularly like the 1-bird-luck-levels, so was happy to restrain the lucky part as follows:
1st) the/my goal is to `land’ the lower helicopter on the left island without it(s lower part) falling apart. to that end, i was letting the higher helicopter (and bird) fall on top of its tail rotor (but not its tail boom). to have enough impact to bring the lower one down, i found the cockpit of the higher one must be undamaged, so i was sending the bird to its bottom to where the lower diagonal glass block (what is it?) meets the cockpit. timing is important for this to work and i found that (playing zoomed-out on ipad air) the bird should/can be released when the front wheel of the higher helicopter crosses the edge of the moon in the background at around 5 o’clock (on the wheel). repeat until you get a configuration like this:
https://www.angrybirdsnest.com/members/vuelva/album/picture/14501/
that is, the pigs in the water have been taken out (usually the left one by the boulder on the left island rolling down and the right one by the tail rotor of the higher helicopter first falling on the right island and then bouncing off the middle island onto the pig; for the latter to take place timing is critical; the above timing works often enough), the left part of the structure on the right island has fallen down, there’s not much debris left in the water, and the lower part of the left helicopter has landed on top of the left island and, most importantly, is slowly pushing everything off the island (if was resetting if one of these didn’t/wasn’t going to happen).
it’s not essential that the pilot pig is still alive, as is the case in the picture, but it helps since often the stones are pushed quite slowly off the island and the level times-out prematurely (i.e. while the score is still going up).
hope all stones are pushed off the island and to the right not to the left, so as to take out some more debris in the water. that happened (took something like 20 seconds) in the above case, resulting in 188890 final destruction:
https://www.angrybirdsnest.com/members/vuelva/album/picture/14503/
it took quite some effort (3 hours; so still lots of luck required for an excellent score; cannot control how the helicopter lands and how it starts to push stones of the island) for everything to work out, but during this i had many good (200k+) and several very good (204k+) scores with this `strategy’, e.g. when not all stones were pushed off the island, they were pushed to the left, the level timed out prematurely, or when there was too much debris left in the water.
i must admit all this is quite tedious, so would be happy to learn of better ways to achieve the same or better.
Thanks @vuelva , didnt take me long at all to get above average following your strat:D
btw @mvnla2 , this level self-destructs; while typing the above, i had restarted the level for easy reference and looking at it now i see that the left hanging pig has fallen down and apparently brought down the tail boom of the lower helicopter. haven’t thought about whether this is helpful or not or whether sometimes there’s more self-destruction.
@vuelva — Thanks! Will take a look.
ok. on the next reset, the lower helicopter came down out of its own after some minutes (for a 65k score). the amplitude of the higher helicopter has noticeably increased as well (but it didn’t come down within 15 minutes).
@vuelva — Sorry for asking, but do you think it happens on every reset? What platform and operating system are you on?
Do you remember about what score you got the first time?
Just started looking, but finding something that takes several minutes is going to be tedious.
So far have tried twice, both times with significant self destruction after quite a long time. First time got 64750 with entire lower copter and boat gone. First looked ~1 hr after started.
Second time is more than an hour with 42490 pts at 30 min.
At ~70 minutes, both copters fell for 168660 with lower right pig remaining.
Managed to get 1 birder for 195800!

I was going to say that the wait wasn’t worth it, but I improved my score by more than 20K to get above average, so for once I was rewarded for being super patient.
@vuelva — It works! Even if not as high a score as yours.
@mvnla2 it’s ipad air (second version) with ios 8.3 (12F69 currently), but i see you’ve got it working. a 0-birder should be possible as well then; clearly something not to play for (i guess no one can muster that much patience; unless maybe as part of meditation or something), but it could be an idea to start the level each time when recharging the tablet (i usually do not play when there’s a cable attached to it; too inconvenient) and see what happens (a 70 minute 0-bird walkthrough video?).
As per the others on this page, I send my one birdie towards the second helicopter, right smack on the nose! With luck a bolder will kill the pig at the bottom of the ocean and the stones on the right side will topple down and take out the pig on the right side. I did wait until the helicopters where to the far right before releasing red. I got a score of 203200.
Here is my video.
thx to @vuelva for great details
i start the bird, when the big helicopter is on right side and go to the left.
hit the lower side of helicopter near the diagonal-glass-plank
here a video with 203k:

I could be imagining it but there does seem to be a sweet spot combination of launch angle and timing that has given me a rapid cluster of scores over 204k. I can’t easily explain it but it is much better to zoom out than in, as zooming out provides a better background for repeatable launch angle. Timing as suggested elsewhere.
I just scored 208,680 points by using the same strategy as first posted by @smithda44 and further refined by @vuelva back in 2015.
Here is a screenshot of the trajectory of the red bird and the destruction & leftover debris:

Good luck and happy flinging to all !!!
Congrats @meanguy on a great score! The only puppy today too!
Just as a point of interest, there are obviously differences in some versions of this level. @vuelva uses the moon in the background as an aid in timing, and I see you have a moon in your screen shot. I have a clear moonless sky! Still a fun level though.
@peejaydee27 Thank you.
As for the moon, I didn’t use it as a reference.
I watched the large, upper helicopter. As soon as it stopped moving to the right, I sent the red bird toward the top of the angled, glass-thingy below the cockpit.
After hundreds, (maybe thousands) of attempts, I finally got great destruction.
Thanks again!!
Nice one. Congratulations. Like @peejaydee27 my version of this has no moon and the main rotors are not animated.
@steviep147 Thank you!
198460/3
Never did manage a decent 1-bird clear. Got above average with 3 and I’ll take it. lol
