Our strategy for Angry Birds Seasons Haunted Hogs level 1-3 is to fire Red bird directly into “Franken-Pig”. The first tower should collapse to the right. Launch the Yellow bird towards the TNT box in the second tower. Use the last two birds if necessary to destroy the remaining pigs. The score in the video is 82,700.

89850 – similar to the video, but I bounce the 2nd Y/B off the bonce pad into the ghosted TNT.

I used 3 birds: Red bird into the vertical wood just above Franken-Pig’s head ; first Yellow bird low into the bounce pad, where it bounced back into the left side TNT; and second Yellow bird directly into the right side TNT, which pretty much cleared everything remaining, resulting in a score of 99,510.

Same first shot as in the video, but I took the 2nd bird into the tnt in the left tower, giving more room for the right tower to be decimated as it fell after sending 3rd bird into the tnt (in the right tower).

Two birder, same as the video.
First bird to Frankenpig. I got very lucky in that most of the left tower fell down into the gap.
Second bird low arc into the TNT, and luckily went through the stone support. The “scarecrow tower” fell to the left, rather than the right, and crushed all the debris in the gap, along with the small pig at the bottom left.

Nice score @PlayDBird !!! I also got a two birdie with the same shots but with a little bit different outcome. I was stuck on a little over 100K and came to post some tips and saw your outcome! So then I spent way too much time on this level trying to get the same rsults as you:-) I will settle for my current 2nd place score of 103820 with giant kudos to you :-)

I did the same shots as you, but like I said, different outcome. I too sent first bird like the video, which I had best luck with sending red bird on the higher side at Franken-Pig while still taking him out. With my best scores this took out most of the left as you mentioned but also took out the little bottom left pig. The two horizontal stacked cement blocks can push out leftward and debris ignites tnt as well as gets this piggy. Good thing because all though I did get the second shot to blow the tnt and take out the cement plank, causing the second tower to fall left instead of right,which got alot of crushng debris points, I never did get it to land hard enough on the little left pig. Good thing my first shot got him ;-)

@lesleyg, thanks for the post. It never ceases to amaze me how you can rinse and repeat and all of a sudden the stars align, the birds co-operate and your score jumps. The only frustrating thing about it is you then spend ages trying improve just that fraction more instead of being satisfied, talk about a quirk of human nature lol.

I had an odd first shot result when the left tower went to the right, touched the right tower and then rocked back to the left and almost completely collapsed. 2nd shot failed to knock down the back tower though, could have been 105-106k. Best first shot results seem to be for as low a shot as possible, hitting frankenpig in the eye.

I had the same luck with the first shot, but the red bird stayed up top while the falling wood cleared a path to the lower TNT, then red rolled off & ignited the TNT taking out most of the left side. 2nd shot to the high side of the upper TNT, it carried on through to push through the stone plank causing the tower to fall left, this also destroyed what was left from the left side by falling on it.
I guess the painting on the wall is titled “The Squeal”?

@karen68 – I love that title! It deserves a more prominent place on the site than in this obscure comment thread.

(Excellent score, by the way! I’m still kicking myself for inadvertently restarting the level on one attempt when the fallout from the first shot looked like it might have had a chance to take out the whole right side. I haven’t come close to the more conventional two-birder that you all are describing.)

I found the 2-bird clear on this difficult, I had a pretty low success rate clearing the left side with one bird. Took a lot of flinging. Good luck :)

I got the same results as you @playdbird. The difference for me was to aim the red bird a wee bit lower and the second bird, the yellow one I shot also a bit lower, making the left leg from the “scarecrow tower” move inward and making the structure topple to the left. I got 102680 with 2 birdies used.

Thanks @playdbird PdB for idea & @ e-star for video. I couldn’t get this 1st shot to work last night, but this morning I improved my Android phone’s 95070 to 99390 & eventually a pretty good 106110. I just hope I can stay in Top 50, but with these great players’ scores I’m thinking I’ll be slipping into Top 60 : -(

Thanks for posting your strategy playdbird but I had to use three birds. That little piggy on the left proved to be a challenge. Went through the ghost blocks hit the bounce pad and did some good destruction with the tnt.
