One strategy for Market Mayhem level 13-10 is to detonate the bottom-left TNT with a Red bird, bringing down about a third of the level. Arc a Yellow bird to break the supports of the rightmost structure, causing it to topple onto the TNT in the middle of the level. The score in the video below is 156,180.

Something happened! I was just aiming first bird when debris started to fly. I did not see from where the explosion started. Anyway it was no birder!

@78rpm, you must have been a demolition expert or a miner to say something like that, ’cause I love TNT myself. I noticed that this level is very much as most repetitive other levels are…Keep doing the same thing over and over ’til one eventually gets a satisfying score. Ciao.

@sattanen — Thanks for the report. If you see any more self-destruction, or get more data on this, please report it in forum on self-destroying and unstable levels. Is it correct to assume that your 181K score was the result of the self-destruction? Any idea how often it happens?

@sattanen — Looks like you play on iPad, correct? How long were you waiting after restart before collapse? Sounds like it could be fairly quick, but would like verification. So far I have seen the left tower bounce a few times after restart, but no collapse. Since the marmosets are bouncing, it is possible that it starts moving a while after it appears to settle???

Hi, Yes I am using iPad2. And yes self destruction started almost immediatelly after restart. It took only time that I used to pull slingshot so maybe after 3-4 seconds. ANd yes score was 181k. I was little afraid that I accidentaly launch first bird before level ends because I allready pulled slingshot.

Well, still haven’t seen any self-destruction, but did manage to get above average, not to mention improve my score by almost 15K. My best scores occurred when score after 1st shot was mid to high 50’s. I shot second bird quite a lot lower that video to get to 64K, but then started shooting higher, although still below bottom of upper windows (on iPad). @Dawn @Sunshine @arseel — anyone else with ~70K score or above, can you give any additional tips? I assume you all got your scores without self-destruction?

@mvnla2 I shoot the first shot at small sqaure cement in front of the structure,quite high at it,this way tnt doesn’t detonate too quick….it lets. Debris to pile up on top of small TNT and then explode….resulting in more points after first shot! Had 59,8k after first!

Thanks for the strategy @communistpride and video @comex666. Used the two bird approach and got lucky with debris falling with the second bird. There are more points to obtain but not sure how to get them when the remaining debris is flat on the surface of the ground. There is a lack of debris piles.

Occasionally (and I do mean VERY occasionally) the first bird aimed as described by BiteKlavs will cause all the TNT to explode with a score of 92K+ And not leaving much debris on that side of screen. It’s only happened twice so far and both times I’ve stuffed up the second shot so can’t say what score would eventuate but am hopeful it would be good. Have not been able to crack 170K yet but am hopeful. Haven’t been able to produce alternative high scoring strat either.

OK, Triple Shnikeys – it was a top-10 score. haven’t seen the video, but some details. first shot was perfectly flat, hit the small square stone block, dislodging the beams and starting a slow collapse that blew the TNT. second in a low arc , took out the thin vertical support and a crate behind the marmie, everthing collapsed to the left, TNT blew, and the counter kept counting.
