This is our walkthrough video for Angry Birds Rio Jungle Escape Eagle Bonus Level #2. The level is unlocked by earning 10 feathers in Jungle Escape. Send a Black bird straight ahead, reducing the first tower to rubble. Use as many birds as needed into the right structure to finish off the level. The strategy there is pretty obvious: Blast, blast, blast. The score in the video below is 102,610.

I used the first bird just like the video, the white bird I focused on the monkey on the top left of the large structure. My goal was to drop the egg on the monkey and fly up the hill. causing it to roll back down (you don’t want it to be too high up the hill.) hitting the hidden TNT on the bottom right hand side of the screen. I then used the second bomb bird to clean up, leaving the last bird as a point bonus. I ended with a score of 114880.

@eweber @misterparon Can you please help with a high score strat on Rio Eagle #2? There is the video for 102K, the strat above for 114K, which I can’t get to work, and then a bunch of scores in the high 120K’s/

@mvnla2 first low in front. Second drop egg in front close to the standing wall and through the little tree. Bird shoot up and roll back to fall into the hole setting up TNT. Third in the debris to finish

@misterparon, thanks for your video. I changed a little detail: after releasing white bird (2nd bird), I throw the bombbird (3nd) immediately. By doing so, there’s a lot of debris that is aslo destroyed by the tnt that is set of by the falling white bird.

Great strat @eweber and @misterparon and as usual, thank you for the video ;-)

My best three bird was 126920 but I just got 128060 with all four birds!
My second WB didn’t make it in the tnt hole so I shot the third bird any way in the usual spot. I had good debris/score otherwise so I threw the last WB just over the front rocks, bombing what remained of the first structure and the WB ricocheted against the mountain wall and down the tnt hole ;-) Hey, whatever works ;-)))

1st low to land on top of hollow square, activate immediately …. goal 48k
2nd drop egg as close to wall as possible to activate TNT at base …. immediate bomb bird to 1st pillar of remaining structure allow to roll down and activate close to base while not a carcass goes across to hill and roll down, through gap in grass to TNT.

I just scored 137,280 points by following the @eweber strategy with a couple of minor variations.

1st bird – I launch to blocks above hollow square. As soon as they enter column I activate the bomb bird. I found that it gave me better destruction, often leaving only the upright row of blocks in front of the lower tnt.

2nd bird – I aim for the top of the highest block, activating close to the column to get the tnt and to send Matilda up onto the hillside beyond the main structure. She then rolls down thru the hidden passage in the bush, landing on the lower right tnt stack.

3rd bird – I wait until just before Matilda enters the bush to release the second bomb bird, activating when it is even with the middle stone of the left column of the main structure. This gave better destruction. Blocks were still falling & breaking as the level was tallying the score.

One bird was unused.
