You’ll want to destroy the tower right away, but don’t. ;) Let the Mighty Eagle take care of that. Use your birds to destroy the stuff the Eagle can’t get to.

I pretty much did what the video shows here, but didn’t bother using a bird on the pigs resting on blocks under the main structure. I let the can pop the pig, then fall back to the foot of the structur.

Launch Blue Bird into the left structure, knock it over and usually takes out the 4 pigs.
Launch the sardine can into the left wooden horse and have the can come to rest on the horizontal stone plank underneath the horse.
