Golden Egg #21 is unlocked when you obtain 3 stars on all levels of Ham ‘Em High, including the three Facebook levels. To unlock the star all you have to do is expand the accordion all the way and hold it there — then after a few seconds it will tear and the star will unlock. You might notice the buttons depressing in the video. You DON’T have to do that or follow the sequence.

so how the heck did you find that out?
Do you have to have a Facebook account to open the three extra levels? Is there another way to unlock them without opening an account for Facebook?
All you have to do is click on the facebook button and it will try to load facebook in safari, then go back into AB and the levels will be unlocked.
I’ve tried just tapping on the Facebook sign MANY MANY times and it doesnt unlock the 3 fb levels. I DO NOT want a fb account so any other suggestions on getting them?
Not aware of any work-around. Rovio changed the process a few months ago. You can create a dummy account I suppose.
Yeah, what conquer. Just create a fake Hotmail account (or similar) using fake info then register for Facebook. After you login go back to AB and try to unlock the levels. Then say goodbye to Facebook and pat yourself on the back.

Well I have the main version of angry birds for my laptop. After I got 3-stars for all levels of Ham’em High, I tried doing what the video showed me. I tried doing the first step of how to complete the golden egg level, but when I go do the 2nd step to complete it, I can’t because like the video shows it says that I have to hold on the thing to the right. Mainly what im saying is that I can’t hold the thing to the right & click on those buttons to the left at the same time because I have this game for my computer.
No worries. This is actually confronted in the description above the video. It reads
Basically, FujiToast was having a little fun making music during the video haha. All you have to do is full the accordion to the right and hold. Nothing else is necessary.

What do you mean the video doesn’t work? Are you saying it won’t play for you? Could you try again, I’ve changed the code.

I believe it works the same. It took me three “pulls” to get it (although I have gotten it on one try too) the first time. Click, pull as far as it goes to the right, wait 5sec. If no, release and try again.

I found the solution for PC first:
Click on the pig
then he will close his eyes
click on any black botton
expand the accordion and wait 5 seconds
Not sure if all of that is necessary. I unlocked the start simply by expanding the accordion for 5 seconds.

I have version 1.6.2 for the PC. I saw the info regarding acquiring the Facebook levels. I go to world 5 and drag the selection screen all the way over and nothing is there. I then think maybe I am crazy so I go to the main screen and hit the facebook link go to the page and log in and “like” AB. then go into AB and nothing. I don’t have to finish world 5 first do I?
I realize now that PC does not have the Facebook levels in Ham ’em High, but likewise they are not required to obtain the golden egg.

Finally got these this one for macbook also but for some reason the accordion does not respond to any mouse-clicks… does absolutely nothing :(
Try restarting your computer and giving it another go. You should be able to drag the right side of the accordion.
Still no luck… Everything else works fine… all other eggs and levels. In this one I get no response to any clicks… nothing happens, buttons on accordion cant be pushed, accordion dragged etc.
I have the same issue with my iMac. I can click all day on the accordion or the pig or buttons…. no response from anything. Must be some way to do this, though. I hope someone can get the answers to us soon.

Hi, I figured out how to do it on a Macbook Pro. It wasn’t working when I used the apple Magic Mouse, but when I used the trackpad it worked like a charm! The mouse wouldn’t let me click anything, buttons or accordion. But when I moved to the trackpad it was already grasping the accordion, so clicking the right side wasn’t necessary. Hope this helps!
I have a MacBook (not pro) and I can’t get anything on the pig or the accordion to respond to a click with my trackpad. I also tried not clicking, as was referenced, and no luck. Any ideas?
Same problem with my mac mini: nothing happens whaterver I do, wherever I click…Seems to be a bug in the game, because after I go out of that screen, the sound stays muted…
Anyone knows how to do it?
I can confirm this issue on my Macbook using both the trackpad and a USB mouse. When I try and click on the accordion I get no response or sound. The buttons don’t work and I can’t pull it open. The “no click” method doesn’t work either, as the hand is not clinched by default. I have tried in both windowed mode and full-screen to no avail.
The PC version doesn’t seem to have this issue however and other Mac users have had success, so I’m not sure if this only affects Macbooks (mine is a MB Pro and wondawomyn is not).
I will let Rovio know.

I can confirm the non-moving muting accordion on an 2011 iMac. Tried windowed and fullscreen, A restart, and a gentle tapping at the DVD port

I have the same issue with my iMac. I can click all day on the accordion or the pig, no response from anything. Tried usb mouse and Kensington Expert Mouse trackball. Get nothing from either of them. Is there any thing else we can do?
Rovio has been informed. Will have to wait for the next update, I assume.
When will they release level 17 for the PC, or do I have to go download it from somewhere?
We will post when PC receives updates, but you will either be prompted in-game or you can manually download new .exe files from download.angrybirds.com when available.
I have the same problem with the accordion, too, plus more following it. I tried out the accordion and the buttons and the handle itself won’t work. When I exit out of that gold star level, everything went mute. There was no background music until I restart the game.

I’m a PC user and I completed this level/got a star without any problems.
But after I got the star and went back to the main screen there was no background music/angry birds theme. All the other sounds were there but no background music.
However, when I shut down the game and run it again it was all back to normal.
Did this happen to anybody else?
p.s. Thanks for all these golden eggs locations and puzzle levels walktroughs, without it I’d never find some eggs and I’d never manage to get a star on puzzle levels. First I thought that puzzle levels are just for fun and you can’t get the star there, then one day I accidentaly got a star on one of them (the one with lots of pigs which you have to turn on and “big brother” bird below them). Then I went online trying to find a page which tells how to get stars on the rest of puzzle levels and discovered that I was missing around 5 golden eggs :P I have 22 now, I just finished ham em high episode with all 3 stars…gotta start playing mine and dine now.
Sounds like a strange bug, or it could have just been a software hiccup (maybe you were low on memory or something). It happens. Thanks for the kudos!
looks like it is a bug, because I tried to pass this golden egg level many times and every time I get the star it happens again.
try turning off the sounds in the Angry Birds title page, then turn it again immediately. The title theme starts to sound again. :D
So this one can’t be done on a MAC? Phooey….. Been trying all kinds of things, but so far, no response…..

On Ham em’ High Facebook Levels, it is showing ‘You like Angry Birds’ but when I close out the pop-up and go back to the screen (iPad) it still shows the locks on the 3 Facebook levels. I have 3 stars and total destruction on ALL other levels! :-( Help?!?!
Try this…
1. Restart your device
2. On your device, navigate to Facebook.com and make sure you are logged out
3. Reopen Angry Birds, navigate to the FB levels and tap the icon
You rock! That worked! 3 stars on first try on the first level :-)

You don’t need to hit the keys. Just pull the accordion right until it rips.

was going back to unlock the FB levels after getting 3 stars on every level and now a FB screen is locked onto my AB screen and I can’t make it go away. Any suggestions? I would hate to have to delete me AB app after all 3 star levels. This is on an iPad
You can try restarting your iPad. If it won’t shut down the normal way, you can hold down both Home and Sleep buttons for 5s to hard reset.

I’m having this same prob… I tried the solution posted here but the Facebook levels r still locked. Does it matter that I’m logged n to the Facebook app?
Rovio is still investigating lingering issues.
Here is how i did it.
1. Close pig’s eyes
2. Press random button
3. Expand accordion for few seconds and BOOM :D You got the star. :-)
1 & 2 are not necessary.
You don’t need to do the first 2 steps…
all I get is “loading…” then nothing happens. Can’t get egg 21. All levels cleared. Now what?
Oh and I had Facebook on safari.

hi ive tried to unlock the other three levels and ive already “liked” angry birds on fb and they still dont unlock my screen froze and when i unfroze it still nothing do i have to be signed in? or am i doing something wrong?

I’ve done this 4 tines before 2 on ipod and 2 on android. Doesn’t seem to be working this time on android. I pull the accordion all the way and nothing.
Try releasing and pulling again.
I play on a PC and have v2.1.0. I had to pull it out 3 times and hold for about 7 seconds before it would break/reveal the star.
I found out that you had to compress the accordion and max it all the way out. I had tried just maxing it out.
Not a necessity, but can help.
Have an iPad and I can expand the accordion, but it seems not far enough. I hear the noise for a short time and hold the expansion for at least 5 seconds and nothing happens. Help?
Try releasing it and giving it another “pull”. Depending on how you initially “grab” the accordion, it may not be pulled far enough to rip. keep trying ;)
I play on I pad. I have beaten all levels with 3 stars. I have 27 golden eggs. The 2 I don’t have are the ones that you have to touch the pigs nostrils and the the one where you pull the birds beak open. HELP! Thanks!!
There are only 27 Golden Eggs. You have them all. The Snoozing Pig and Might Beak levels were replaced a while ago and are no longer playable, sadly.
