Can anyone tell me why my pink hearts only peep up and not shoot up like in the video’s?
Same thing here, I’m on an iPhone. It did the same thing last week. It’s killing my league standings.
It doesn’t look like Rovio addressed the bug. They want us to spend money on power ups.
Also the chocolates just come down in one group and they don’t spread out. They do hardly any damage also.

Same here! I’m playing on my iPad and NOT ONCE have my hearts bounced up like the videos! Ridiculous!
You’ll notice today that with the iOS update the hearts now bounce in the air as they do on pc…
Level 4 can be done on PC. All other levels seem to favour mobile!! But still early!!
@terribletom Is the heart bouncing upwards for you on Android tablet? It does not on iOS. Those of us playing on iOS are at a major disadvantage this tournament and last because heart doesn’t bounce up. It just “appears” and blocks any further attempt at points. Very frustrating. I’m done with wasting PUs on iOS. May be time to play on PC/FB just to remain competitive. Argh! :)
The only use I can find for the Heart in iOS is to smash into it with a FLW and send it crashing through the level. Was wondering why I couldn’t get a good score so I broke down and watched video.
@dseufert Yes the Heart bounces up on both Android & PC!! Rovio must have made a change that affected the iOS platforms!! Read many compllaints last tourney as well!!
Seems whenever they make a change, they create another problem!!
I will be glad when this heart tournament is over. I’ve lost all my league because the stupid heart problem
That makes two of us. Until last week I was in diamond star level one.
Forced to use powers ups on levels 3, 4, 5 on iPad or settle for 2 stars, because the hearts don’t fly up like they do on my PC.
ROVIO doesn’t seem to be able to get even close to comparable play between devices. I don’t an android device so I Haven’t tried bluestacks or NOC to see if they do they same as iPads.
I tried bluestacks and sometimes there’s a glitch but sometimes there’s not
New release out this morning that fixes the heart problem for iPad. Better late than never
I also got creamed because of the heart bug. Dropped from 610 diamond league to 510 gold league, dead last! Likely to drop down to silver league after this week.

It’s very frustrating. When the games lean toward PC I’m able to score in the top 3 in my league. It’s hard using Android because the screen is just too small for these senior eyes, so I lose 5-10 points per tournament. Last week the video solutions were very hard to achieve but thanks all for your suggestions and tips! (And I keep forgetting to post my scores – mainly because I didn’t realize until recently that I didn’t have to be in the top few to enter them. It probably affected my desirability as a member in the pro group.)
It’s getting very frustrating, and I don’t feel like doing handstands with my IPad trying to improve pitiful scores….
The challenge for me is to play the levels without PU’s. Very frustating right now. I have to play on my iMac or MacBook and I’m not so handy with the mouse. So I gave myself permission to use PU’s
I’m like you. Refuse to use PU’s. Just play for fun. Can I beat myself. Had to resort to using the PU’s and still scored low. Oh well.

New release gor my iPad this morning that fixed the anemic heart problem. A week late IMO.

Level two, first two shots same as video. Used last bird to knock giant heart into right side tunnel, did more damage than shot to right pile.
My hearts do not pop up as you mention , on my phone, however they do on my computer.
