Angry Birds Big Setup 3 Star Walkthrough Level 10-4

One strategy for Big Setup level 10-4 is to fire the first Big Brother through the ice portion of the left tower. The bird should continue onward and level the entire left side of the structure. Use another bird or two to take out the remaining pigs on the far right. The score in the video below is 97,830.

Got lucky here. Last shot was with Terrence. I hit the wood just right, and went bowling, and he just kept going and going and going… haha. It’s been a year since I’ve done this level, so I can’t remember the details about everything. I was using a different video at the time on theater333.com. That guy almost always has the optimal technique demonstrated in his videos, as well he almost always posts his best run.

Alternate stategy:
1st bird – hit 2 stone blocks in left tower,
2nd bird – low shot to clean up leftovers from left & center structures,
3rd bird – hit bottom of stone section of right tower.

You can get 2-bird solutions a couple of ways but I couldn’t score over 95k that way.
It looks like you could get a 1-bird solution with my first-bird shot –
I got lucky and knocked a block all the way into the right tower and it fell over but missed the pig.
Not sure that would have gotten over 100k so didn’t keep trying.

LOL @miskatonic_!Well I have to admit, I probably spent just as much if not more time on this level as you had. I kept hoping for higher scores using other methods, then finally tried yours. Happy bird flinging!

Don’t know if this method has been mentioned:
Bird 1: find the sweet spot on the stones of the first tower. It’s right about where the stone and wood block above it sit. Terrance will give you lots of damage.
Bird 2: aim high to take out last tower with as much damage as possible.
Bird 3: hopefully u have a pig left or at least time time to fire him off to clean up more debris. Doing so will maximize score. Go bowling with him. Everything left should be damaged so he’ll plow right through.

Followed the strategy of @treblig.ds for about a half hour and got a really awesome roll on Bird 3…it pretty much turbo-rolled through the debris and seemed to accelerate along the way. Good enough for current top score. Felt I had a good chance to top my previous high score after Bird 2 did some significant damage to the right-most tower. Then the way Big Red rolled through the debris…quite an eye raiser.

112,750 with 3.
was playing the following variation on the strategies mentioned above.
1st. to the wood just above the stones; except for causing a lot of destruction to the middle part, say 55k+, hope for some stones to end up low and damaged just to the right of the (remainders of) the left tower.
there’s a lot of variation in outcomes and i was adapting the order of the following two shots (mentioned by @treblig.ds) accordingly:
a) low to wipe the left and middle clean. to that end i send the bird just above the bottom-left glass cube and hope it goes bowling (it helps if there are damaged stone blocks where it lands, to the right of the left tower).
b) medium high arc to take out the right. if the tower is still standing, send the bird onto the lower horizontal stone slab, and hope it slices through. if the tower has fallen over, send the bird just in front of the remaining stone slabs (usually through damaged wood) and hope it bounces up taking everything out.
– i play b) first and then a), if the right tower is still standing after the 1st and its horizontal stone slab is accessible. obtained 111.5k by it, but i think 115k+ is possible in this way (once had 95k after the 2nd with one pig alive, but the 3rd got stuck on a helmet and didn’t slice through).
– i play a) first and then b), if the right tower has fallen over or its stone slab is not accessible. obtained my current best of 112,750 in this way after the tower had fallen over. here’s the screenshot showing the final destruction, that final score, and the trajectory of the 3rd:

My 114k score was a 2-birder on Google Chrome. First big red aimed slightly higher than ABN video, slightly lower than E-Star’s video, a sweet spot that allowed bird to slice through and clear everything left of the stone tower. 72-75k after first bird. Second bird hit the lower horizontal stone plank head-on.

Just improved by 6k so this may be another of “those” levels. Anyway it was first into the glass at the bottom part of the first tower. Second a glancing blow to the hat of the the pig on the right and then on into the tower which collapses. That should be all the pigs. Then use the third in a similar way to the first. With a bit of luck it takes out the debris like so:-
