New Event – Operation Interference

I have an offer to buy the new character Menasor, an accessory and 101010 sparks for 5000 gems.

@sntrooper bug obviously. Offer too early. Maybe we will get Combiners squad event next week. So Menasor guest from the future. Or they so fast creating bots now, and not linking offers for gems to events anymore. Anyway, I dont have a Menasor offer, because I not installed latest update. Maybe in week, if all will be OK . Also 5k gems is a “little” overpriced imo.

Almost halfway through Day 1 and In my cohort There are 5 players grouped with 2000 of each other and at the top of the chart and have been for over an hour. Usually someone drops gems to discourage others and gain separation from the rest.

Does Menasor require Pig Iron or does it require Deceptigears to upgrade?

@optimuspig, presumably the purple materials, but since the first couple upgrades are just coins I don’t know yet

Thanks.  That makes it a lot easier to hoard materials for when I finally get Menasor.

I have Menasor in my tab offer as well. It makes me wonder about the reason for it to be this early. Is rovio testing something? Will the bot be available in tbe exchange as always? Will be there an offer to buy it for gems at the event for it?

I haven’t spend any gems for new bots for the last 4-5 newcommers.  This change in their routine makes rethink my position of not spending gems on bots. Because, if in the new bot event there wasn’t an offer to buy the bot for gems, it would take away the option of doing so in case there weren’t enough token to get it.

Menasor was also available to me in the offers.

Funny enough, if you go into the Barracks although his image appears it has “Coming Soon” written over it 🤦

I got Menasor, one accessory (the 20% Defense), and 12,000 Sparks for the cost of 1,000 gems.

My guess is they’re trying something new, but pulled the trigger on it too early.

In the past, when a new TF has been offered for gems, it’s always been in a special offer separate from all the other offers.   But now there’s an additional tab in the “offer store” for characters.

I also got the Menasor offer for 5000 gems.  R/E must be trying to see how far they can push this.  I spent 2000 gems on the last character + accessory + spark package, but that’s my limit.  I see no need for another combiner anyway.

I would like to know why some people are offered Menasor for just 1000 gems.

I’m afraid I screwed up my game. My brother and I were watching the Super Bowl and he asked what day each Super Bowl would fall on for the next 5 years, so I opened my tablet and advanced the year to see what the first Sunday in February was for the next 5 years. Then I forgot to reset back to the correct date. The next time I opened ABT to play, later that night, it couldn’t connect to the Internet and after trying to figure out why, I discovered that the date was wrong. So I reset it back to the right date and went on to play as normal.

A few days later, I discovered that  my daily quests weren’t renewing each day. Then I noticed why. My ‘Time Remaining’ is over 1800 days! Which is 5 years… ugh!

No way do I want to start over and lose over a year of progress. But it also looks like I won’t ever get any ‘offers’ again, either.
