Level 469!!!

Took a quick look at 469 and that one didn’t seem like one of the harder levels to me. But maybe that’s just me and I got lucky with it. Some of the harder levels I were only able to beat after getting lucky with sardines, golden pigs and having the right cards available at the right time.

Not sure how much difference bird levels do. I have level 6 birds and for 6-room levels if i Birdie every room I just have enough to finish the level.

There have been a few levels up to 460+ that required a donation of rubies, and on one instance a double donation. However, making the game difficult for the sake of making it difficult makes no sense. There are levels that I have played 50+ times to get thru, so 5-20 is nothing new for me.

they don’t need to try very hard. Make a 6 room level with 3 structures and lots of immortal piglets, space them apart, add more granite than Mount Rushmore, and you can eat up 3+ birds then and there.

This isn’t necessarily difficult in itself, except for the randomness of the game.

If Rovio wanted to make a meaningful change, allow players ‘rollover’ birds, meaning you can keep birds left over from one room to the next. That’s all there is to it. That obviously is not going to fly (bad pun I know) but at this point make every level like a college dorm for all I know.

Level 469 was troublesome for me too. I finally 1-birded the first two screens and had enough birds to finish the rest. Keep trying!

I’ve been replaying through the water levels lately. 489 was the one that really gave me trouble, despite it only having five rooms. Going back through it, I realized that there was more possibility of using the flowers to take out multiple structures at a time than I’d noticed at first, so re-examining certain rooms without the prejudice of “hit the left structure first” has helped. I still haven’t cleared that level a second time, though. Gave up after about 3 tries and moved on.
