Here is our Space Eagle Total Destruction video walkthrough for Angry Birds Space Utopia level 4-29. Very, very softly toss a sardine can straight ahead, aiming to land the can between the first two towers. The plethora of birds-in-hand should earn you the feather.     Used about 5 SC because the can did not go all the way to the bottom. The softer of the launch the better as AM said above. It may take as little trial and error but the feather does arrive.
