Our strategy for Mine and Dine level 15-10 is to fire the first Yellow bird through the wooden block (not the hollow square) on the left side. This should cause about half of the structure to collapse. Ideally, the pig in the bottom-left should pop. Launch the next Yellow bird through the wood in the middle of the level. If pigs remain, you have a Yellow bird and Big Brother to clean up. The score in the video below is 121,510.

i got 108040 & 3 stars by launching a yellow bird high & smashing the plank the TNT sits on. it drops & blows the structure, takes out all but 1 pig, second yellow to mop up. i think it should be possible to get higher score with some lucky breaks

There’s no luck to this method. I don’t know any other method that could possibly work better. I got 123,840 with this method. You can take out that plank with the TNT (not hitting it, just so it drops down to the concrete to explope the other TNT) either on the right or left side of the plank. I’ve found the left side of the plank on the square concrete block creates more damage.

Yes-I discovered this independently last night. Have not visited here recently as levels are in a different order to those I have recently downloaded onto PC. Came here to post this very method.
Got 117,320 first time I got it to work properly. Bird needs to fall on right hand side of TNT and TNT to drop down cleanly onto 2 boxes of TNT below. However, have been back since to try & up score and find it does not always work-some pigs sometimes left on left-so keep trying until left with one bird bottom left nearest catapult-which is an easier shot (managed to miss it a few times!! headbang, headbang.)

I went for the wood square at extreme bottom left with the first bird, then used the second to go high and smash the plank under the TNT. Two birds, 115,510.
I received a score of 129,850 on this level, very tricky!
First yellow trough the wood on the left (as shown on video)
Second yellow trough the wood holding the tnt, the tnt should drop down and trigger the tnt below (as mentioned on comments).

I could not get this level with one bird, so of the two-bird methods described here, this one worked the best for me. On the first shot, if you launch nearly horizontally and accelerate quickly, the bird will penetrate deeper through the vertical solid wood block and damage more of the wood beside and under the big pig. A lot of collapse isn”t necessary, as long as there is significant structural damage at the bottom left. For the second shot, I broke the plank to the right of the top tnt. This seems to get the pig and crystal on the right the best while still pushing a lot of structure to the left, giving lots of points from falling debris destruction.
Tired to try one birdie, I applied @HallieGinSB method with a little difference: First shot almost vertical (5 degrees maybe to the right) and accelerate on the way down in order to brake simultaneously the wood plank above middle left stone square and the wooden plank under the big pig. Best shot give me after first bird 55k points. Second shot as described above. With luck (I never had) the total score is around 127k
1. Yellow bird into the hollow wood box on the bottom left to produce a score over 30K.
2. Yellow bird high arc to come to rest on the crack to the left of the top tnt. Zoom in and line up the front corner of the bird with black crack line in the purple rock where the black rock crack bends. This crack is behind the base of the sling. Minor adjustments may be needed.
3. Yellow bird = bonus
4. Yellow bird = bonus
Gained 9k in points.

When shooting for the TNT plank up top, I prefer to shoot to the right side, taking out the plank and the vertical wood. Shooting to the right, for me, produced more consistent successful drops of the TNT. I did not notice any less destruction shooting to the right than going to the left, both sides seemed to produce the same results. I do wonder though if one side offers a better chance of a 1-birder…
