Bad Piggies Flight in the Night Level 4-25 can be three starred using a single contraption. Use a 2-box vehicle with umbrellas on the top and left. Close both to slowly roll forward. Open the left umbrella at the bottom of the first hill to creep over the ledge, opening the other umbrella once falling to grab the star box. Hope the Red Bird misses you, and roll to the finish line.

It’s a little easier to just use a plain-Jane three-box cart with two vertical umbrellas, but it still takes a few tries to get the red bird to miss you.
