One strategy for Angry Birds Surf and Turf level 9 is to fling the bomb bird through the slanted ice plank to destroy the left half of the level. Now fling another bomb bird into the remaining structure and blow it sky high. The score in the video below is 98,100.

2 bomb birds 1 left trough glass then 1 in center. You get more debris damage than 10 k.
I used the same strategy, although I didn’t get a score as high as your’s.
If you detonate the first bird manually, as soon as it hits the shelf area to the right of the upper left glass piece, you should have about 45-50k when the debris settles. Send the second bird over and try to land to the right of the open stone block and detonate manually. The debris can fall back to the left and get even more points.
1st bird just skims top of left tree to vertical stone blocks. Manually detonate so that debris is sent up to break the ice/glass below left structure. The whole left side should be eliminated, you’ll have around 50K. 2nd bird to the top, will push remaining structure off the cliff and destroy just about everything. Love those black bomb birds!
Wow, great strategy catsnbirds! To get my score I had just over 60K after the first shot with almost nothing left on the left side (maybe one watermelon) Second shot the bomb landed just to the left of the hollow block on the right structure and it was almost complete destruction on the right side.

I was using this strategy as well. My current 109k score came with 53k after the first bird. Hove seen it as high as 55k, but messed up second shot. There is more available here.

I got one-birder, when I aim Black Bird between the gap of the top two buildings. But I only got 104k in that way.
Using @catsnbirds strat, to aim Black Bird left-bottom vertical stone blocks helps in destroying all debris on left side, with a score of 56k in first shot. My current score is 108k :D
I used catsnbirds strat and added 4k to my score. Now for my obsessive aiming descriptions:
First bird – Pull sling back in the complete horizontal position. Now pull bird up about four pixel clicks. If you see a small pixel box in front of the bird, you are where you need to be. Release bird and manually detonate. I got as high as 53k here.
Second bird – There are two vertical stones left. Aim bird to go through top block and it will rest on platform by small wood structure. Manually detonate and wait for the magic. Scores can range anywhere from 100-107k. I know higher is possible, I just didnt get there.

I have one slight modification/suggestion that has worked really well for me. Try lobbing the second bird a bit higher to go directly through the top pig and then through the concrete brick next to it (putting the bird inside the hut. The forces debris to go both directions, picking up anything I missed in the first bird. It doesn’t work every time, but I’ve added a couple thousand points to my score doing this.

i fling first bird so it just skims the top melon on the left tree,and detonate just as i hit the vertical metal peices with thewood on it and bricks,which are what will break the glass support ,u want atleast 50 +
as far as the second shot goes ,i dont really tuck it in snuck ,i hit the top of the vertical concrete so when it explodes it is more likely to kind of fall over the right side taking out all the melons ,very similar to ,if not the same as strats already here ,but every little bit put other ways ,can sometimes help….(looking at @Kathy lol,good luck to all

It was the tiny bit of L-factor I had to squeeze out that got me through this level. It was just a fluke that I scored 420 points higher than you did. But as you can see, your strat worked brilliantly! LOL

Got 101,870 with one bird shot into the bottom section of the left tower and letting it explode on its own. The explosion and flying debris will cause right tower to slowly tip over and fall.
I got my highest score with one bird by landing between the two structures like walkthrough description reads. I got lucky with lots of debris and melons ;-)
I used a different two-bird strategy. First bird straight ahead so it hits the bottom horisontal stone plank of the upper left structure. Do not activate the bird, it should fall down, hopefully to the bottom plank of the lower structure, and explode there. Of course, it doesn’t always fall all the way down and often explodes prematurely, but when it does fall to the bottom, it can do a very good job of destroying practically everything on the left, including the tree, and one can get 50k or higher after that. Then, the second bird to the bottom part of the right structure. Got 107150 this way, not great, but decent score.
@annach don’t be so hard on yourself. 107k is a great score on this level. It’s better than mine, which I still consider fairly decent.
Without a doubt, this is a 1-Birder.
1) Launch your Black Bird at a high arc so it lands squarely in the center of the top structure, let it detonate on its own and it’ll decimate everything living or not.
2 unused Birds = 20000 Bonus points.
