One strategy for Angry Birds Surf and Turf level 37 is to launch the White bird just over the triangular peak of the first tower. Bomb just after this tower, causing the bird to ricochet into the structure above. As the stones fall, the entire level should be cleared aside from the far right. Use Big Brother to pop that pesky pig. The score in the video below is 88,980.

At last! I’ve scored above average for this overly fastidious level that requires a perfectly placed first shot in order to finish and have a bird left over for the 10000 point bonus.
I did it just as the video shows, but the White Bird doesn’t always go to where you really need him to be or does what he has to do, nonetheless, I got where I wanted to be.
Score 100100, same as video just got lucky!
Not many comments on this level, so figured I would post high score strat.
101,960 w/2. w/b sent in at medium lob to middle and aim is for the carcass to hit the joint where the top of diagonal and horizontal meet on the floating rock, 54-58k. 2nd down the slope to clear and for a high score you want to crush the boulder. GL.

@donnmega, thanks for your pictures. For weeks I am struggling with some of the levels of this episode. After looking at your pictures I was able to reach scores above average. A picture often says more than thousands of words.

Just a tip. If you are making the shots as in the video but not getting three stars, you are probably throwing the white bird too low. I was getting two bird scores as low as 58k. When I switched to throwing WB to about the middle the scores started coming up.

Aiming tips: Zoom out and place the bottom of the White Bird just above or barely touching the dark green line in the background. Activate it when bird aligns with the seam of the background mountain where the tip of the blue goes into the grey seam. The white spot after activation should be on/around the tip of the pointed blue in the seam. Found this to provide a bit of consistency for breaking the upper slanted wood plank just to the right of the string.
Line up the bottom of Big Brother with the red tips above the green edge (adjust up or down) in the background to get it to the rock on the right.
Also obtained a one bird solution a few times with the first shot in the video with scores ranging form 81,570 to 91,820.
