One strategy for Year of the Dragon level 1-13 is to fire the first Yellow bird into the middle structure, through the yellow block and hollow wooden block behind it. This should at least clear the entire left side, but in some cases most of the right. Use the Blue bird to clear any remaining pigs on the right side. The score in the video below is 126,850.

I used yellow bird aimed slightly less than horizontal to take out TNT directly in the lower left first structure. Tap quickly after release for best results. This creates a big open space and leaves a clear path for the blue birdlets to attack glass blocks on the right side. If you don’t pop all the remaining pigs with your second bird, the yellow bird is perfect for those pinpoint targets farther away. Aloha.

132240, 3 birds. Shoot yb (dont shoot too high / less curve / seemingly straight) & tap the screen pretty much immediately to give it more power boost; the further the more power to give you massive collateral damage. With the bb, i aimed to kill the last pig but was unsuccessful nonetheless created more damages on buildings instead ;) Third bird finish off. good luck.
Got it with one bird, yellow straight into top stone ball. This started a chain reaction, right side swayed and fell. The stone ball slid down the center and pushed the horizontal stones to the left, crashed through and hit tnt. Not the highest score, but it was neat to see.

Not one of my better levels, but I’ll try to help you :) I use surfcows method, but that first shot isn’t easy. His tip of boosting early provides slightly better chances! The blue birds should then be split close to the glass for best results, and potential two birder. You can clear up using the third bird, but it will lead to a lower score. I have 130k, so best of luck :)
Ty laurence…and surfcow..finally 126250, not average but 3 stars and better than what I had. I had been trying that method just couldn’t get It right,was doing the bb 2 early. Got it with 2. Birds:) you just saved my sanity. Lol ty:) and good night birdies :)
140k. I didn’t have much success with surfcow’s strat so I’ve been working on sending the first bird through the wood block in the middle. For a high score, the left side should collapse and the tnt should blow. If not then start over. Also, most of the right side should collapse. For my 140k all that was left were the two pigs just above the far right dirt mound along with some glass and concrete blocks. I shot the blue bird high to get these pigs as well as a few of the glass blocks.
I found this approach to be much easier than Surfcow’s technique. It is important to break both wooden blocks with the YB in order for the large stone ball to detonate the TNT. Even with a good first shot the left side only clears 1 in 10 times.
I am coming to this so late. You all killed these levels months ago. That said, this is the only level in yotd where I have been unable to three star. Most of them with the help of this wOnderful site and all your great advice. But this has me beat! Will keep trying. And trying…….

I figure if it is a winter scene, it is ice, otherwise I consider it glass. So tired of this discussion, and I’ve only been playing for less than a year…
it’s obviously pale , molded sapphire….right? heh heh
wouldn’t it melt if it was ice? — then again, i guess the birds would be bloody if it was glass….
At my revisit I took out all the piggies with 2 birds. Same as the video on top, just got lucky with my second bird.

Well, it took me over 200 attempts to just raise my old score by 6k+.
I did it just like the video until I got 102k with the first bird, and the rest with the second and 2 bonus birds. This is one of those levels that you must rinse and repeat over and over and over again until satisfied, or at the very least raise the score a bit. Happy Hunting!
this is a level where i had to check i didn’t enter in the wrong score days ago…. can’t remember at all what i did and I couldn’t get very close to average even in the 30 or so attepts i took at it this time around –…. maybe in the next 80 minutes :)
