Angry Birds Seasons The Pig Days Level 1-2 Walkthrough | Comic-Con

Our strategy for Angry Birds Seasons The Pig Days Level 1-2 is to have the “ComPigCon” insignia drop by flinging Terence at the edge of the snow block. Then send the yellow bird through as many snow blocks as possible. Then clear any remaining pigs with Wingman. The score in the video below is 228,750.

Note: This level marks the start of the San Diego Comic-Con International.

It looks like the strategy is to drop all the ComicPigCon letters for maximum points. I got 224k with just the second “C” still up in the air. Optimally, I’m guessing the est combination of shots will be:

1: Under the letters to drop C, O, M
2: Over the top of the letters to take out the angled white thing between the G and C
3: Under the letters again to drop P and I
4: Under the letters to drop the rest of them
5: 10k bonus

I haven’t pulled this off yet, left the N like a 10 pin in bowling last night.

The position of the ball and chain on Big Red definitely affects his trajectory put appears to do little damage on it’s own.

@dmsral, i had the exact same experience. The second ‘C’ is glued at the top. Removing its bottom support does not allow it to fall. I finally got it to fall by launching the 1st YB on high arc and accelerating over the letters into the blocks above that ‘C’ — use 2nd YB to remove bottom support. Unfortunately, I did not use the 2nd YB effectively and did not raise my score. Still, I think that this approach yields more points than attacking from beneath the letters. Time will tell and I hope to report success in a future note.

Oh boy, a Comic-Con kind of person I’m obviously not. Despite my “love” of ABS, I just can’t get the hang of these 1st & 3rd birds. I can’t get close to average on either my Android phone or iPad.

I’ve tried both the written ABN description (internet too slow to watch an ABN or YouTube video) & @dmsral post. Ggggrrrrrrr, in fact I’m so verrrry far from average I’m too embarrassed to post my abysmal 3* scores : -(

When I started trying for an above average score, that # was 223k & I was stuck on 220k. While that number is now down to 219k, while using @dmsral to take out the slant on top near the C, I just managed 225k on iPad with 4 birds. This was a pretty tough level, so thanks dmsral.

I’ve found it’s hard to not kill all the pigs before getting to the second YB. My best scores have come by rapidly flinging birds 3 and 4. Doesn’t give much time to aim, just gotta go with instinct.

Bettered my score by a little over 20k. 1st bird at the corner of the sign. Brought down the “C & O”. Yellow Bird at the white blocks holding the letters, accelerating through, which dropped more letters to the pigs below. Wingman to the bottom platforms, clearing out some of the broken letters, and wood. Yellow bird to the white blocks to bring the last of the letters down. Even the other “C” seemed to get damaged. 1 Bird left. 246k

I got all the letters to drop except the N with the first yellow bird. The white thing holding the C up does pop on its own occasionally. Picked off the N with the second yellow bird for 243k.

Indeed it does. I have just shot all lower white snow blocks making all letters drop, because, as a unique experience out of say three hundred tries, the letter C fell too. I do not know why, because the upper block that held it in place in all other 299 cases did not explode or popo or vanish itno thin air. The score of 244k made me happy though.

One of the tougher levels, I must say. Bad Piggies level 8 revived.

Are you talking about 3 stars or a high score? 3 starring is very easy with only 2 or 3 birds. That’s why the average score is 70k above the 3 star score (which is a sign for e very easy level). But a high score is much more difficult.

About high score. Also, I think that Terence’s flight became, how should I put it, rather unpredictable by that chained ball. Used to be my favourite bird, with that chain I think he looks like if somebody painted headphones on Botticelli’s Venus. But the level is entertaining after all, even if a really high score is not an easy task, I am stuck at 225k and seem to be unable to reach more than that.

I managed to down all the letters including the “sticky.” I can be done without using power-ups. It took numerous tries though.

This is one for frustration indeed, good first and second shot, but always botch up the 4th. I never was able to get all the letters down, but I gave up after a thousand or so tries. Well above average with 233k for now, so I am out of here. Maybe next year I will come back on Comic Con day, maybe the birds will fly in my favor ;)

@amslimfordy I can’t enter score. It tells me too high. I tried to send an email to ask about this but know all are busy. I had spent a lot of time playing (we were on long road trip coming home from a wedding). It was a while ago, but I shot all the way across with most/all letters falling. I can’t remember if I used two or three birds. I think it was two. I have two pix. One was uploaded a month ago, but blurry. Uploaded another tonight. It should show score better. Here is link. Thanks in advance!
