One strategy for Hogs and Kisses level 3 is to fire a Blue bird into the clouds on the left side of the structure, dropping the motor to the ground. Repeat the same shot again, and a two-bird clear is very possible. The score in the video below is 64,060.

I think you just need to beat your own best score. So you need to have over 58770.

the method shown above is too dependent on luck..
the first bird must cleared too many cloud blocks..
tried it for 1 hr, only once did i cleared as many cloud blocks as the vid..
a better method is to use the first bird to clear off the first and last pig,
second bird to destroy cloud blocks that hold the metal piece..
i cleared the stage with 2 birds..

Two birds. Pretty much like the video. The trick was figuring out the right launch angle (slightly up) and timing for the tap. I just focused on getting the lowest bird shot to clear the wood tail structure and hit the cloud block just above the metal.
It’s 59,000. I don’t even want to know how many times I took to score 59,330.
this is the only Valentine level I cannot get 3 stars on. Stuck at 58570 forever.

This level drove me crazy for over an hour! The secret is splittling the first bird into three almost immediately after launching it. Once i figured that out it only took me two tries to clear with 64690. Watch the video closely for the first split.

Absolutely need to get it with 2 birds
66,810… Using two birds. First bird splits and takes down propellor and breaks some glass. Second bird breaks apart in the same spot as first bird and get the rest. Hope this helps.

What I did was shoot the first bird high and took the back three birds, then with the second bird wiped out the first two and got 61020 after about 3 tries.
This video has different graphics than the current version. Can you beat the current one as handily? It would be helpful to see the results on the new version.
Finally I made 3 stars with the score 69860!
66380, using the exact method as in the video. Worked a treat after perhaps my 10th attempt

I have literally been trying to do this level for about 25 minutes (call me dumb). Does anybody have another strategy? I’ll come back to this level.
This one’s actually not too hard once you get a feel for it. Split the first bird early, but not immediately, at an arc slightly higher than horizontal. You need to make sure the lowest bird hits the cloud on top of the propeller, causing it to fall, and the highest bird pops the pig on the far right. The middle bird should take out the topmost pig in the process. Then just scrape through the clouds along the bottom. This will generally yield a minimum of 62,000 points, but my current highs is 66,060. Hope this helps!
Great strategy description @purplepaws. The key appears to be in hitting the little white blocks on the bottom so the structure falls along with the first Blue Bird opening up the back of the plane, getting the prop to fall and doing some damage to the right side of the plane. Completed with two birds.
60,390 after hours of trying to do it by knocking out the clouds. I lobbed one high towards the front splitting it as late as possible to hit the 3 pigs there=. 2400+? (sorry didn’t note the entire amount). Then took out the tail. Cleared it with 2 birds. If anyone else is as frustrated as I was this might help. Got the high score second try.
Same as the video on top, just got lucky with 2k extra, not my favorite level in H&K :s
Split the blue birds just after release and make sure to one make the tail of the plane drop and pop the piggie on the far right. Second blue bird at the same angle to pop the last two piggies.
