Can anyone tell me what you do to try to get a high score? Just keep on repeating a level until your fingers get numb?
3 Birds, followed the video but hit with the second bird a little higher that got all the birds on the right side. The yellow bird for the closest monkey. 79,230.
86340, 2 birds.
1st bird aim at the very top of the front box. Bird blows through and takes out the first two bottom monkeys, then tips the stone-tipped stick to tak out the third bottom monkey after a few seconds of leaning on it.
2nd bird aim at the middle box in the high tower. Tips everything back and takes care of all the rest.
93230 with this same method.
Getting over 90k points follows the same strategy as on the video (and quite a few tries). See posts by Cynara and Peter.

I just aimed it at the middle tower. :)
Hit the horizontal board below the pile of stones, taking out the first 2 towers. Follow with the second bird to the horizontal board with bananas hanging to get the last tower. 2 birds, 96960.
I just got 98,240 (currently #3) using this method. Thank you. I only break that board about once every 40-50 shots, and even then it only takes out the first two towers about one out of four times, and you have to hit the second board just right to get the boxes to fall on those two pesky little marmosets, but when the stars align, it’s a thing of beauty!
Thanks for this method. Pretty easy (ha ha) to get a big score. Just grabbed second on my fourth go. Will defo be having a crack at 1st now…
Just hit top score using this method. If I didnt score over 45k, and take out the left 4 marmosets, I’d reset. Also you must hit that second board dead on and -not- break it to get a very nice topple over to take out those far marmosets.
Tried angryadvisors method below but was unsuccessful. I think this method will generally yield a higher score because you can really jostle those rocks on first platform, think I had only 2 of 6 still there.
It took about 100 (2-bird) attempts, and probably 300 resets due to first bird failure.

I used the rock in the background behind the slingshot to line up the shots (zoomed in). For the 1st, line up Red’s tail with the top right corner of the top rock. Whether or not it works is a different matter but at least it tends to hit that board.
The 2nd shot I’m finding a bit harder to pin down, but I line up red with the 1st “shelf” below the top – at least that’s what it looks like, it’s a lighter colour. I’ve got a much lower sucess rate on this one, you have to give the plank a good solid hit without breaking it to knock over both boxes & marmosets.
Agreed @abeggerto, this is the way to go. @karen68, it’s a shame all platforms don’t have the same screen logistics, that was a nice description, even if it doesn’t work for PC’s.(; First shot is pretty reliable, but I’ve almost fallen over backwards on my chair on the second, unconsciously using body english to get the 2 boxes to fall and kill those pesky marms.

Ouch,this level hurts;( Two perfect shots that almost never come together. I’m giving up at 95k before I grind my teeth to dust! Thanks for giving me an extra 6k @abeggertoo but I’m walking away from this challenge today ;)
I got 85930 with 2 birds. Pure luck
Followed the video with the first red bird, but instead it landed just above the corner where the bird hits, which pushed the whole stack right and collapsed it, pushing the right stack over onto the 2 monkeys hanging on the end, and falling left and right until the only monkey left was the far left low one, which I got with the second red bird.
I have done it again, but with less carnage so a lower score.
New 2 bird method…first red bird to hit very top vertical fatter wood plank that the highest top monkey sits on, because red is kinda whimpy…this works to your advantage as instead of breaking everything upon contact it causes the whole thing to go forward and and collapse into last structure taking whole middle and right structures out and the bananas fall thru and take out bottom middle right monkey, even the first middle monkey got hit with falling wood/bananas. Second bird at top of first little structure to get the one monkey that was left ;-)

This level really reminds of all of the reason why I hate these monkeys!!!! @lesleyg finally improved my score with your tip, thanks!! (84660) Those last two are the trouble makers, and those last two boxes just don’t want to topple for me. @abeggertoo I’ve been working with your strat as well. The first shot doesn’t always work , but when it does the first half is cleared as you stated. Any tips on the last shot???? Like I said those last two stacked boxes don’t want to topple and take out the last two monkeys…. :/
Improved a bit more using @abeggertoo strat , but had to use a third bird. ( 84660 to 86390)
now i’m stuck here and none of the pointers by above commentors help or work for me. the walkthrough is similarly useless. i’ll probably give up pretty soon because the game isn’t even fun
Use one rule: 1st red bird to hit the fat upright plank under the 3rd big marmoset at the very top…if this doesnt destroy him, his pal under the bananas, the next tower and the one under it AND the two at the far end…START again. then use one more to destroy the small one at the start. Very fluky level this one…
These shots are so tough when going for a high score; it is totally uncalled for for a marmoset to fall, land on ground, AND survive just when you thought you had it just right! :( aaarrrgh
