The best strategy for Carnival Upheaval level 8-11 is to lob the White bird, bombing directly above the first marmoset and ricocheting the bird through the ropes holding the TNT. The majority of both structures should be destroyed. Launch the first Black bird into the top-right structure, pushing it off the ledge to the right and onto the final marmoset. The score in the video below is 124,650.

Lucky one, shot first bird up high and bombed by first marmoset. 2nd bird shot through the middle of the second balloon bunch and exploded by the middle of back column.
141200 4birds 1st down at ground bug out through balloons into first stack ,leaving a good spo t to throw 2 bomb brd ,3 bird aim so u hit any debrie from first structure and bug out at an angle as to go through just above TNT ,clean up with well placed bomb brd..good luck

hi Heather sorry I only just saw your post…..I use all the birds .the first bird I shoot down at the ground to left of first lot of balloons then drop the egg and the bird will shoot through the balloons and hit middle of first structure ,leaving a good spot to throw the black bird ,u should of destroyed most of the first lot of concrete,the next egg bird u can throw straight between the TNT and the balloons holding it ,try and wait until it drifts as far right as possible so when it drops u get max damage ,and the white will do just abit of damage ,but u should then have another clear shot to place the black bird near the middle ,and cross your fingers ,….it won’t take long to get decent scores ..hope that helps abit

I struggled and struggled with this one, but it is one of those levels where using more birds makes sense. After many, many tiries using this approach I got my score up to 137,770 and there was still some debris left (read: room for improvement).

I got mine pretty much like video, but I used third bird for more points. These C.U. levels are pretty fun with lots of outcomes ;-)
Alternative Strategy
High arc the WB so that it bombs the stone platform right above the second marmoset. You want the WB to go high and NOT hit the balloons. You should eliminate the three marmosets this way.
Bomb bird to the second structure, going THROUGH the balloon strings. TNT drops to the ground and explodes while the bomb bird penetrates into the tower. The TNT and BB should explode at about the same moment and destroy the level.
Two birder, score 134.8K.

I used about the same strategy. I made the white bird drop the egg in the exact same spot cutting the ropes of the top row of balloons. With correct timing, the tnt can fall to the right, but if not, use the black bird to finish the level.
High score 180k? I think this might be a typo… please verify.

since i never saw anyone put up this strat, it is my own interpretation though:
1st bird little bit less than straight wait till the balloons are at the closest point; hit as many balloons as possible and follow through to the cord and ignite the tnt very close to the right structure. At this point when u are over 73k u can go for a 2 birder just shooting it just over the remaining balloons. If not, no problem at all u can always go for the bonus shot at the remaining right structure ideally bouncing the white into the remaining debris on the left.
This strat is repeatable with 140k+ scores
peoples are giving lots of opinions and strategies based on their experiences. But best method is a combination of 2/3 different strategies.
First – throw 1st bird with very high trajectory almost vertical, drop egg at the very base of left tower, drop it from a bit high that follow through will destroy balloons and ignite TNT. This shot will kill almost all the monkeys in first tower. 2nd bird on middle of the right tower with high trajectory that it could penetrate the rocks and blast it with right timing will destroy everything on right. 3rd WB for the remaining on left,try to destroy as much as rock possible
