The best strategy for Beach Volley level 5-15 is to lob the White bird to bomb between the first and second structures, ricocheting the bird into the tower atop the level. Fire a few Black birds towards the bottom of the right stone tower to clear the level. The score in the video below is 156,240.

No worries. It was more of a general reminder to all.
The trick on this level is to drop the egg between the first two structures. If done well, the left structure is destroyed as well as enough of the skull to be able to place a bomb right in the middle of the jaw. The skull will explode clearing all the left side of the board and leaving the second skull wide open. Second bomb need to hit and explode on the left side of the jaw of the last structure before it hit the sand. I manage to pretty much clear everyting and didn’t ned the last bomb. 185400

I’m working on an alternative strat that I found on the net which gave me 184k so far with quite some stones left.
1st bird at a 20 degree angle drop egg on the ice and take down top house. This should yield a score of 45-47k with 2 monkeys killed. Best is if white bird drops back at the tree this makes the 3rd shot easier.
2nd aim at the sharp spot of the floating island so bb will drop next to the 2nd skull of stones. Best is when the far monkey is still alive that wont make the 4th shot stressful ;)
3rd shot at the very bottom of the 1st skull of stones.
Then hurry the hell up and shoot the 4th to break the remaining stones before the level ends! Like I said before, if the far monkey is still alive you can take
more patience shooting at it.
I should have put 45-47k with THREE monkeys killed above.
With 3 perfect shots without having to shoot the last bird the 190k mark is possible I know by now, but something inside my mind always wants that last bird to be released quickly :-)
I tried to put up a video of my strat cos its repeatable on pc at least, but the recorder (fraps) slowed up my pc :-(
instead of that I posted screenshots of the first 3 shots in my album now for those that are interested. 187k score is a 4-birder with the same shots btw.
If u can make that 5 stones on the far right that are stuck together tumble, you can get a bonus of 3-6k. With this 190k is also possible with 4 birds.
