Our strategy for Airfield Chase level 10-9 is to drop the bomb from the White bird between the caged blue bird and the vertical stone blocks. The shot is even better if the White bird ricochets through the balloons. Fire the Black bird through the hollow stone square to finish the left side of the level. If the balloons are still intact, fire the Yellow bird through the ropes holding the TNT. Otherwise, only one bird should remain and use the Yellow bird to reach it. The score in the video below is 117,260.

Managed it in two birds – first bird released egg just between first truck and structure, and took out the whole left side. Sent bomb bird as far to right as possible and it finished everything else off. 126670!

Thank you for the strategy. Have been using this to try and crack the 130000 with no luck. 1st shot took out so much of left and middle there was virtually nothing left only blue petrol can and everything right of that. I was so excited I had heart palpitations but guess what, BB rolled into can and went PUFF. No explosion= no further points. There are definitely points available, sitting there laughing at me, just can’t get the little blighters.
Keep at it using @gavza strategy. It has taken me a long time and heaps of throws but eventually I cracked the 130′s. if you are seriously aiming for 130+ my advice based on this experience is persistence and and a score of in excess of 60,000 with 1st bird. Anything less did not yield sufficient points at game end. Also, and it seems very importantly, aim BB in an arc (about 2 o’clock) down into bottom right corner near blue petrol, if you straight shoot him in, even if the path is clear he went PUFF instead of BOOM and this ruined many a game for me. Happy flinging dudes.

128040 using Gavza’s method, you just need to patient trying to destroy the left hand side using the white bird.
Tried Gavza’s method (the last level needed for three stars on all) but no luck so tried this – Send white bird low so it hits the two cages on the left cart and then spins right over the main structure taking out the cages with the yellow bird and the blue bird. It then lands on the brigde allowing the cart on the right to fall in. Send the bomb bird just above the blue bird left an detonate so the what is left is dealt with. Only 108250 but that will do me!
Wow, didn’t think one could get over 130k, but with two birds, got 132470 with only a few pieces of concrete remaining and two birds to spare. Finally got the exact arc and tap on the white bird to destroy nearly the whole left and middle structures. This cleared a straight shot for the black bird to reach far right as suggested by gavza. Now, it’s quite easy to get 130k plus. Yes, be patient, the white bird will and can do a lot of damage.
i just cannot defeat this level after 50+ tries. I don’t have yellow or blue bird in level 10-9. How do you place your bird below wood in shooting? Many thanks for help. I’m ready to quit AB with this level!
Are you sure you are in the right level then? If you don’t have the same birds, you mostly likely are in the wrong walkthrough.
Couldn’t get the 2 bird solutions to work but Gavza’s method got me a high enough score that the yellow bird into the balloons strings flipped the TNT toward the center and took out everything that was left on the right side. Not the highest score but 117810 is enough.
Thanks Gavza – took forever, but it worked. First time it did, the TNT then didn’t take out the far cage – think I’ve upset the neighbours :) but just kept trying.
127550 with two birds (could be more) with a very different approach. I think it takes only a few attempts to get it.
White bird low bombing just over the first cage on the left. First truck destroyed. Bird will fly just over the main structure cutting the TNT ropes.
If you do it in the first seconds TNT will fall over the right truck destroying it, but if you wait for about 10 seconds to fire the bird the wind will take the balloons leftwards ant TNT will fall between the truck and the structure. That will tear down almost everything but the left part of the structure (two cages). Fire black bird to the upper cage and it´s over.
Key point is to wait those seconds for the wind to move the balloons. Funny level.
This level looks like it should be so much easier then it is! Finally got a good score with two birds.
First bird: I sent WB in low and dropped egg between the yellow bird and the metal triangle on the front cart. This took out the cart and her deflated body smashed into the front part of the middle structure and bobbled upward taking out some of the debris along with yellow and blue birdcages but the suitcase remained intact although the wood plank it hangs from which was now slightly slanted from the impact.
Second bird: I sent BB in slightly higher then where the blue bird cage was and it cut thru cement plank and landed down in the middle of the cart in the middle. The explosion took everything else out, the suitcases, the top yellow bird and it’s suppost crashed down and got the blue gas can and two other birds in the middle. The explosion caused the right cart to go rolling off the cliff! It looked pretty cool. I didn’t get the balloons and the hanging tnt with this method but still got a score I am happy with and can move on ;-)
I owe you one (more like a million) @lesleyg for all the times your comments have helped me so if you’re interested in increasing your score in this game, I have posted some comments above that may help. If the first bird didn’t yield 60,000+ I reset immediately after ascertaining this figure as the minimum requirement to achieve the 130+. Also wasted opportunities by not lobbing 2nd bird correctly and would like to help others not make this mistake. I hope this is of assistance to you as my games are generally not impressive enough to offer up help to others, so luvving this lots.
