Our strategy for Airfield Chase level 10-10 is to fire the White bird very low, dropping the bomb so it ricochets through the bottom-left wire block and into the gas can. The whole structure should fall to the right. Launch the Black bird into the middle of the tallest tower. If not all the cages are broken, use Big Brother to finish the level. The score in the video below is 101,540.

Yeah, thats the way to do it.
Found an easier way. Angle white bird down sharply and drop bomb on crates with apples, sending bird up to wipe out first structure and with a little patience, lower part of second. 48-50k. Then draw back black bird until bottom of bird just touches the hill, lands in middle of second structure to finish. 113k with one bird left = 123,190

This method worked best for me. Got white bird to take out left structure and most of the second side. Black bird finished it off with score of 117,130.
Used the verbal description above the video for my PC version, and got 105,280. On to the next one…
I got 118230 with the same basic method as the walkthrough. The gas can on the far right did not explode so higher scores are obviously possible…maybe I’ll come back.
This is a consistent 2-Birder.
1) Shoot White Bird at left side of the center tower, and lay your egg, the center structure will topple to the right and explode the gas can and take out the birds at bottom of right side structure.
2) Shoot Black Bird at wood triangle midway up the right tower, detonate only after it’s come to rest on top of the little cement block, that’ll take out the birds on the left side and the ones in the chasm.
1st bird with high trajectory as it drop bomb between 1st and second tower and the bird will hit the top middle tower which make it fall to it’s right. destroy mostly except the left structure.
Use remaining birds, I’ve seen 3 birds can achieve more points than 2
