Our strategy for Mighty Hoax level 5-12 is to use the first two Red bird to take out the two vertical wooden blocks and the tiny stone block, which prevents the first cart from rolling. As the cart rolls leftward, your window of opportunity should open: Arc a Yellow bird and speed it into the TNT of the second cart. Ka-blamo! The score in the video below is 75,970.

I found it better to high arch the first bird into the gap between both waggons making the TNT explode. Then, with luck, it should be possible to finish with two birds left.

@e-star I’m revisiting some old levels & it’s such a treat to see all your wonderful videos from so long ago, especially on this level which I remember tortured me in years past. I know you haven’t opened ABO in a long time but I appreciate all the effort you put in at the time.
I used the aiming tip from @wrw01 (thank you!) although I play zoomed out, it’s not hard to aim. I lined up the left edge of the basket just in front of the 2nd bird’s head feathers, they’re pretty small zoomed out but you can get the hang of it.
@emider Thank you for the Alternate Strategy. Thanks to e-star for the video. It took a while but it does work. Zooms in to line up the bottom of the basket with the top feathers of the waiting RB for the first RB launch. Consistant launch pattern can be established to hit the gap between the truck trailers. The challenge with the second RB launch was that the helmeted pig always did not roll to the left and sometimes when it did, it did not alway break. Over 12k was added to the score.
Some may prefer to stay zoomed out if aiming over distance is not a concern.
And I would have had it, we’re it not for a last second case of bobble fingers. Oh, we’ll, I’ll get it.
Yes wrw, exactly the way I’ve been doing it. This level requires two perfect shots to score in the top 100. It helps to have a reference spot to aim from. I was using the reverse strat of firing at the front 2 pigs 1st but I like to use the 2nd red birds top feathers as the reference spot with the seat/basket of the sling. This gives you a very repeatable shot into the gap which is only way to get the 5 to 10% chance of exploding the TNT. The 2nd bird is indeed a challenge to get both pigs. But I put this shot at more of a 15 to 20% success rate.
This worked perfectly for me as I came back to try and improve my score a bit. The two shots are not easy, but they do the job when you can hit them.

ez 2 birder,,, figured the same as E Bird only 1rst shot at front, 2nd one the lob. EZ mid 80′s but did it 10 times until 90+ K. [When there is only sky, no foliage or rocks, I made a grid on a sticky note and put it on the side of my monitor. That way, the cursor has marking points] the LOB shot is between the 2 pebbles below the last red bird, on my [grid] the straight shot was 2.25 cm]

For the feather: I sent the can on a fairly flat trajectory, through the thin piece of wood, knocking it over, and having the can land on it, by the cab of the vehicle, next to the helmet pig.

2 birds, 1 red bird high arc, aiming for the middle of the 2 rail cars….blow TNT, and most of the back of the train. 2ND Bird, take out pig in cab, debris should fall out, and take pig on ground. No Power Ups used, on Facebook!! 90k!
