You achieve total destruction in Year of the Dragon level 1-4 much the same way as you would 3 star the level. Use the birds to destroy as much of the structure as possible then fire the fish so he lands towards the middle/back part of the level.

This level stinks..been working on it forever it seems. My dragon is stuck in his pretzel twisting self destruct mode as we speak. He’s done it probably 5 times out of 1000 since my first post on thi. Always by the tnt except once he was at the very right side. And it aalways on the ground. Once he did like 3 loops right as he came on screen. I’m not surprised anymore by his antics..lol

This level is driving me insane. I’ve spent days trying to get this damn fish and it only ever gives me 99%. This dragon business was one of the worst ideas they had, at least with the eagle you know what it’s gonna do when the can is tossed. This thing is way too unpredictable to be of any real use.
I wish my dragon would self-destructe! He is just lazy…at least Kathy and that other person got a good laugh from their dragons. :) any tips? Helps!

I hope they get them fixed soon. We had to get a signal booster, now you can use the phone in the house, however, people who have different carriers, have no reception.(tower is less than 2 miles away). Do have problems with your game? My birds were acting odd Saturday.
Yes I hope they fix them soon as well, must be problems countrywide for it to affect ohio, and ma..my game seems a little slow, and my birds wont do what there told! Lol:)
That’s what mine were doing. They have been fine since Sunday. I remember during Wrecked, people saying the same thing one day. I had the same that day as well.
I have been playing this level for days trying to get the koi, I just can’t seem to get it. This is the only one I have left to get.
I finally got the koi. I don’t want to see this level again.
Finally got my final koi today.
Note: for Android only, the route of the Dragon varies in different platforms.
1st bird (white): a medium-height arc shot, release the egg when the bird almost hit the middle tower. The body happened to topple the right structure over.
2nd bird (yellow): I decided to clear the wood straggle at the right side by the yellow birds, as the Dragon doesn’t do good at wrecking, it just propels. I’ve always missed the straggle at the back that could have nailed down the TD.
3rd bird (yellow): ditto.
4th bird (yellow): straight into the left tower. It toppled over nicely onto the rocket, wrecking the left side. The pig in the middle was unscathed all the way, so I needed no hassle to call the fish.
Fish: a high lob so that it landed at the middle of the first gap. Then the Dragon came and swept through the middle part – et voilà!! TD!!
To sum up, Mighty Eagle (Dragon?) is quite fun, but can be headaches at times. More Eagle on Android, anyone? ;)
Agreed. The dragon in the Android releases does a loop-the-loop, not a sine wave, and goes over the same ground twice without destroying very much. Still haven’t got the 100%, though have hit 99% once. At least I know what not to waste my birds on as far as targets go.
Used the basic strategy of FujiToast as shown in the ABN video. There were slight variations of placment but the end result was a feather. If the Fish is placed on the ground in the second or third gaps from the left, the destruction is greater. If the Fish is placed any where from the second dark brown base structure to the left the MD does a double loop. If the Fish is place to the right of the the second dark brown base structure the Fish does its since wave. I am playing on an iPad.
