This worked for me:

Close Angry Birds completely
Go to your phone Settings
Tap on Game Center to disable it
Open Angry Birds 2

On this link the AB2 logo has disappeared from games that support using the Rovio account

I have the same login problem. Splash shows but no progress bar.

My best guess is that it is related to that I have not connected ab2-game to Facebook and only using my Rovio account. Saw somewhere on Rovios support pages that Rovio account on AB2 wasn’t supported anymore.

But how to connect the game Facebook when it doesn’t even start?
