Yeah that condition happen mostly in coincident situation..
Win arena battles means Kill the banner.. They sould put better words for better understanding though..

I use Red, Chuck Wizzard and Blues Detective..
I always finished it with Chilli rage on Chuck

How to Finish: Win 3 arena battles and knock out 3 birds during your turn..

Meaning: You have to kill 3 enemy’s birds and the banner simultaneously..

Todo that: Chilli Rage on Chuck (is considered 1 attack) or Chilli rage on Bomb or Blues With Robotic set + Detective Hat..

Just make sure all birds and banner have low energy, and you can finish them all in one blow.. just becareful of ressurection banner..

How:
Make sure all enemies and the banner have low power.. then..
Chilli rage on chuck (is considered 1 attack)
Chilli rage on bomb
Blues detective with Robotic Arm will do..

Do it 3 times and mission accomplished..
