Just ran the Spark Run with no issues. Entire run was smooth, no studdering. Of course, I still did my usual of disabling all Google Play auto updates, clearing cache, restarting, and fully charging the battery.

I think the update is safe to install. Especially considering that there may be another event tonight that may require the update.

Hey Folks! Quick update on builds – yesterday we put a new google play version live – unfortunately some corrupted files meant that some users were unable to launch the game. This should now be fixed with the latest update.
As for iOS and Amazon – we have a new update in submission and it will be live ASAP.

@millforce2k @asen thanks for the advice. I check every time I open the game that I am connected to fb as I am paranoid about losing 2.5 years of play. I have done spark run and just need some TNT to complete daily quests and will then update.

looks like IOS users will start the next event late, still no update on the appstore.

would rather have had the issue with the game not loading than start late on the event as I had everything that event

@ed209 if you have a problem with the game not loading then you would still start the event late as your game won’t load.

For those that have upgraded, did you have any bots leveling up at the same time? I’ve always tried to have upgrades and missions completed when doing a hard update. I’ve got another 12 hours left so if the next event is for Trypticon I’ll have a decision to make…wait or spend gems.

I never had this kind of problem, at least I’ve never noticed it. When I make the update, i don’t check if I have bots on missions.

I always keep missions running, but I never put one of my competition bots. I keep them available to be ready for the events.
