Since new update unable to access game.
Therefore went to Rovio´s support page.
There is no way to place a complaint directy to them.
Anyone know how to place a direct complaint to them?
You go to Rovios page. Choose in this order: Support page, Angry birds 2, General, Couldn’ fond what I’m looking for. What to do?
Then you scroll down to this: Have more questions? Submit a request. Press the link. Done!ixan57@ixan57
Hi @kedik22 and @bossywings noticed this a few weeks back.
As a regular user of support on last occasion could not access as per normal.
Had to sign into rovio account, search for history of issues, open last issue that was closed and stated could not raise new issue as normal. So ticket raised on same number.
Usual reply but on recent abc and abs updates today got a result to some of my problemskaren68@karen68
They’ve changed their support page a lot.
In Angry Birds Pop you have to open a support ticket from within the game itself.Kathy@kathy
Just want to mention @wingmanjuan concerning any issues, he is the Rovio Representative in the Nest, and although he may not have the answer at the ready, he can usually give you an answer,, whether you like the answer or not well¿😂
