My E.Starscream is pretty strong (i think), with him being LVL. 9 (with the shoulder-pads accessory), I mean, sure, he could be stronger, but he explodes things like a boss.

I like to try one run at full bonus. That went very, very badly. After that I pulled out the Grimlocks, which went fine.

Boss Pig showed up for one run. He was easy to kill. But 478 points pre-bonus is not a great score.

I only need 2100 tokens, so I may not compete too hard. But I’ll still spend at least 10 gems most days because I think competition runs are more fun than other ones.

Still going to use Soundwave as 1 TF. If I get Unicron I will use transport mode a bunch.

Photobladt being nerfed really sux. It was my go-to anti-missle defense system. Bummed.

Average of 658.1 pre-bonus in the first 2 hours. Range: 280 (City) to 1482 (Desert).

In the “srsly?” Category, there is a Meli in my group. Had to clean my glasses when I first saw that name. We were ranked just a few points apart early on.

So what’s the best to run E. Starscream or Grimlock for taking down Unicron? Is Unicron appearing as often like in the Rodimus competition?

I’ve had the Big Big Guy twice now and Photoblaster and Glassor do not and will not Target him. If you try and there is nothing around then both will not fire and just let the time run down. I’m 2 zip down with him.

Likewise I only need 2100 tokens to get the few add-ons I want so no big rush here.
That being the case if anybody want me to try different combo’s let me know and I’ll run them.

@paul13 @lewie4 i called a teammate with E. Grimlock with mant pig ballons and the buddy transformer it didn’t even turn the head to hit the target it was just walking! Plus in 1.19.3.5 in the event i just encountered Unicron with those en/cons i was tosted right away.

Odd thing, Snipernaut just shot a beam at a missile, taking it out… huh, guess they still do that… (i think).

The problem is That I don`t have the following TFs, Acidstorm, Shockwave, (normal) Starscream, Rodimus, Windblade, Rachet, Sunstorm, Skywarp, Nemesis prime, and Epic Optimus Prime.

So I cant always get a Event Squad bonus. :(

i ran the second node of the event and our good friend Unicron is back BUT without shield!
this the second time i am encounter him on a node in this event!

I got Unicron when I had a Grimlock out.

I wound up getting a little over 3000 points pre-bonus for the run.

I’ve encountered Unicron twice today.

Unlike @elpapam, both times he had shields up.

I wasn’t able to kill him, because I was running without a Grimlock both times.

You could not make this up if you tried lol. Since this event started we’ve gone on about not a level playing field after they messed about with the E/Cons and no longer able to shoot down missiles. I’m 1 task away of completing the daily event extra and it’s being hit by a missile to board the shuttle and I’ve not had a node with any missiles in for over 5hrs. Oh boy oh boy lol
