New Event – High Octane Bumblebee

A new event has started – eventually! The top prize is Energon Bumblebee.

This event uses one TFs and an energonicon.

Special feature(s): fast forward mode, implosion TNT

The bonus squad is Variant Versions (14), consisting of Ultimate Megatron (14), Ultimate Optimus Prime (72), High Octane Bumblebee (92) and Goldbite Grimlock (81).

All these TFs and Energon Bumblebee (29) from The Iconic Transformers squad are in the exchange with accessories.

@grimlockdown I see the event now… but only on iOS. v2.11.0.1. On my Android device… nothing!

Deleting the app and reinstalling on Android fixed it!

I’ve got version 2.11.0.0, iOS, and not seeing the event.

For whatever reason, it’s not pulling the .1 soft update. I installed on a second Android device to ensure I have a good save and it’s at 2.11.0.1, but my regular device is 2.11.0.0. Cleared cache didn’t work. I didn’t reinstall, but deleted the data. Launched the game and it soft updated to .1 before having me log back into FB to load my saved data.

@millforce2k Were you able to get the Event to show up? I had to re-install to get the game to update to 2.11.0.1, but I know many may have reservations or concerns on losing data by deleting and re-installing the game. It worked fine without reinstalling on iOS, so it seems to be an Android-only issue.

@abt Yes, I was able to get the event. The concern is the same, about data loss, with reinstalling the whole game, or just deleting the data. This just saves the steps of downloading and installing (which took a while on my old backup device) and then putting the shortcut back on the home screen where it’s supposed to go. Yea, something must be glitched in the Android version that it wasn’t looking for a soft update when launching.

Glitches continue. Today was unable to connect for a while. Lost half recharge in the Event. Didn’t remember so long shutdown of the server.

Finally able to download version 2.12.0.0 on iPad Air. Multiple glitches, even after deleting and reinstalling twice. Some TFs become invisible and unable to fire after exiting autotrain; TF will appear as washing machine when hit by rocket and become invisible again after reverting. Pigs disappear and reappear. Mortar towers become invisible (except life bar) when fired upon by TFs that aren’t invisible. Superion’s head vanishes while firing, and electrical ‘stream’ is not visible or working in its normal fashion.

I’m having the same experience as kpnanny.  Also, I’m not getting any points for hitting gold blocks during Spark Run, which makes for a very long experience.

Call me cynical, but I think all this was done deliberately.
